how do you get rid of zits FAST! besides the everyday face wash... thank you for those who help

Clearasil Ultra...and I heard toothpaste works bc it drys them up..but then I heard it will dry them up too much and you'll have like a chapped face. So you should only use a little tiny bit St. Ives apricot scrub is good to use a couple times a week (*not everyday) to prevent zits and keep your skin clean
