i want to wear eyeliner this year. not alot, but kind of noticeable. except when i put it on, i always manage to mess it up. does anyone have any tips?? (link)

hmmm u just hold the eye down...n put it on..try not to blink...hmm if u wanna put it on da upper part of da eye...just close ur eyes like u sleeping n try to open one of them n try as much as u can to make a str8 line...if u cant...just get this thing that u clean up the ears...( lmao i forgat wut its called) n put water in it...n then fix it :) hmm i guess dats it...hope i helped..xoxo effy
