(Rating: 5) This is probably the best advice anyone has ever given me on here. A few years ago I actually did have depression, and to be honest, I've felt like for the past few days it was coming back. I just told the person last night that I trust the most about my past with depression and how I feel it may be coming back. I've been under eating for a while, but my appetite has been dropping and dropping and depression seems to keep rising and rising. she said she was making sure I would begin eating more, but even after having a few fatty foods, I still can't make my minimum. Thank you for the advice. I may speak with the doctor for some help when I go next weekend. Your advice was very good, and for future purposes, I will definitely see you about the important things.
