advice

i want to lose about 5 - 10 pounds by summer which is a month and like 3 weeks away. How can i do this in a healthy way?

hey! i would recommend eating very healthy and exercising AT LEAST 2-3 times a week. you could get up and run in the morning, come home take shower, eat, then when you get home, do some kind of exercising, eat, and then later on do some other kind of workout! something like that! hope i helped!

i want to get colored contacts, but i don't need glasses. I want regular ones, not ones for costumers/parties etc. I went to acuvue 2 colors and they have some where the prescription is "0.00 (plano)".. does that mean no prescription? and where can i find non-prescription colored contacts? thanks.

i dont no about the 0.00(plano) thing but about the contacts, walmart should have them or sears or any eye doctor place around your town...

Ok my hair just always feels so... i dont know like not as nice. Like everyone elses hair is so shiny and like reflects the sunlight. Its just so silky. Mine just feels more yucky i guess. Mine isnt like that. ugh. DOes anyone have any good suggestions like good conditioners or anything? THANKS SOOO MUCH!! I really need help! Ps. I take a shower every day if that helps

i dont use Garnier Fructis but i heard it works well..my friend uses it and his hair is always silky and shiny...

try going to billboard.com or launch.com! i recommend going to lauch.com tho because it is easier for me and it will give you the top 100 videos! if you wanna no how to get to the top 100 videos, go to lauch.com and then when it loads it will say videos and put your mouse over it and then click on top 100! hope i helped!

he and his girlfriend broke up about two months ago almost
so now we hang out a lot because we're getting to be close friends, last week he asked if i wantd him to walk me to the door...this week he came over, we sortof snuggled/had heads on eachothers shoulders. then he gave me a huge hug, spun me around and gave me two kisses on my forehead at the end of the night.

two days later he IMed me and was like "i missed you today" ..is this just stuff a classy guy would do with a close friend....or is there something else there??

there is DEFINIETLY(sp) something there! i mean a guy doesnt just come up to you and gives you hugs and kisses you on your forehead..get a friend to ask him if he likes you and if he says yes and doesnt make a move pretty soon then you make one! good luck girl!

Okay.. i need some way to cover a hickey.. i have a huge one on my boob.. which is no problem.. but if i get one on my neck.. i need a way to cover it while im around my parents.. Is there any special make up for it? I've tried foundation and concealer.. neither worked.. If you know of anyway to hide it.. besides covering it with my hair.. lemme know!!

I'm a lacrosse player (female) and it is my first year. I just started to become athletic, and since I'm running so much, my toes/feet hurt a lot if I run a lot. Is there anything I can do to get used to running a lot so my feet don't hurt as much? Thanks so much!

maybe you should stretch your legs more..mainly focusing on your toes/fett...also run heel to toe because my ankles used to hurt whenever i ran and when i went to get my physical for softball we told my doctor and he said to run heel to toe!

About 2 hours ago I asked if I was going blind and I talked about my eyes and stuff. Well, I said I got a headache after that and it became worse. I layed down and I just woke up and the headache is just as bad. I still feel dizzy, and I feel like I'm going to throw up. Is this what migraines do? I took an Advil and it didnt help at all. Ugh! I feel horrible!

that has happened to me before! i had a real bad stomach ache, then my eyes started goin blurry, then i thought i was gonna throw up..took a nap and it didnt help..same as you..have you tried eating something? that helped me..then you should take an advil again whenever possible and i would lay back down and hopefully everything will be alright! i hope you start feeling better!

Well, my B-day is exactly one month from now(may 21st) and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of kinds of (inexpensive) guy-girl parties. I was thinkin of a kind of message thing with the clues where you have to find them and then they lead you somewhere, but i dunno. I live right next door to a school where there is a soccer/baseball/hardtop. Any suggestions? I rate HIGH! Thanks!

i like the idea of a scavenger hunt party! you could also barbeque and go over to the school and play games! maybe you could even go BOWLiNG!! i love to bowl! or a pool party..ok this is the last one but maybe you could go to a laser tag place and do that! thats sounds fun! sorry this is prolly like all the other ones but i hope i helped!

My four month old has the flu/cold and so does my two year old nephew. Any idea on what I can give them to make them feel any better.

you should go to the doctr if you havent already..for your nephew..go to walmart or the nearest drug store and get him some medicine but i would get some like the suckers, gummy bears, popsicles, something like that that he will take. also get some pedialite (sp) for him too drink. and your four month old. make sure they drink plenty of fluids! hope they get to feeling better!!

hey! this past summer i had 3 taken off my neck! the worst part was the shot!! it HURTS!! mine didnt scar that bad but of course no one can see it on my neck! when they go to cut your stitches out that while hurt because they dont numb it! it might be different since its on your face! good luck with everything!

My boyfriend's mom is so controlling! She tells him what to do all the time, and the worst part is, he does it! For example, she told him to wear something even though it didn't match at all, yet he ended up wearing it cause she told him to! It drives me completely crazy! He does stuff like that all the time for her! I really want him to stand up for himself, but he says he has to do what she says because she pays for everything for him. And another bad part to this problem is that he's 23, we've been dating for 2 years, and he's about to graduate college! I want to confront him, but I don't want him to get angry with me for it. How should I go about it?
