Cut down on your sugary foods: Bread, Rice, pasta, potatoes. Junk food, soda/pop, etc. I suggest reading into the Low Carb Diet, atkins or south beach. it may seem hard at first, but it really isint. I've lost 20 lbs and have done it for 3 months ! And you lose up to 10 lbs in the first TWO WEEKS! If you need any low carb info you can always ask me :)

this is a very weird way to lose weight:i read about a vj in the paper he ate as much as 5-6 people and he was not fat.He had nightmares every night and he had lost a couple of pounds by morning. And the next day in the same nems paper coloumn i read that after night mares you wake up scared and perspiring why would you sweat if you have not burned up calories?any way stick some monster pictures in your room ant try it.Do not diet. There is a difference between not being a pig and dieting.put limits on junk food and eat healthy low calory food like fruits and vegitables.diet coke is only 1 calory.you need exercise.take up something fun like swimming or tennis.but do not crash diet.after walking a certain amount you can give yourself a junk food reward.if you diet you will end up with anorexia or bullimia

try to cut down on your junk food intake, do some running and use some weights to excercise your upper body. work your abs by doing crunches with your legs elevated (knees locked)

thats great that your motivated! ok so here are a couple suggestions.
1.) run every morning around your block or you could walk your dog (if u have one) everyday
2.) don't eat junkfood, and also don't eat just because it is the time that your supposed to eat, just eat when your hungrey
3.) do sit ups while watching TV and other little things like that and listen to music or watch TV so your not thinking about it if your tired.

eat healthier foods...maybe cut down your portion size a tiny bit, and excercise. run, and if you don't like running, go to a gym or a pool. just make sure to do something at least 3 times a week. o and make sure to cut down on soda and junk food...you don't have to eliminate it completely but try to aviod it as much as you can.

Well the number one thing to remember is to stay HEALTHY and to not get crazy. The key to a sucessful diet is what goes into your body. Be sure to drink at least 4 glasses of water a day because water burns many calories. Also stay away from fatty foods such as candy and also stay away from carbohydrates in foods such as bread, pasta, etc. Exercising is also a great idea. Running, walking, jogging, bicycling, and more is all good for you. Try and get innvolved with sports. Well, i hope i helped.

hey! i would recommend eating very healthy and exercising AT LEAST 2-3 times a week. you could get up and run in the morning, come home take shower, eat, then when you get home, do some kind of exercising, eat, and then later on do some other kind of workout! something like that! hope i helped!
