and all of a sudden, all my girl friends are beginning to turn their back on me. i tried to figure out what's wrong...and they all admitted they liked him...or still do.
but it's not my fault he decided to choose me.
what should i do? should i be nice towards those girls?
I've been through the same thing. Believe me it's tough sometimes. I've been in this relationship for a year and I don't even go to his school. So hearing or finding out that girls like him and practically dislike or hate me.. it's surprising because they have never met me. It's just all high school drama. If they don't like you for who you are dating. It's stupid and it's not worth your time. You don't have to be nice, especially if they are turning their backs on you and treating you any different. He's with you. They need to learn to get over it. They need to realize that he chose you and not them... and that it was his decision and that YOU didn't steal him away. He had a choice. It's sad that girls don't even realize that. You didn't even know they liked him, so it's not your problem. Don't give them any bad reaction. They might put pressure on you to leave him because you're making "everyone" feel jealous or mad. If you're happy with him, then stay with him. And get new friends.

Okay so prepare yourself for some nasty. When I poop it hurts so bad. I usually don't cry. Like when I broke my finger I never cried, but when I poop I cry. It hurts way bad. After it's over it makes me bleed. I told my doctor and she didn't do anything. She just said my poop is too hard and it's causing me to bleed. It rips my skin at times. Is this really serious or should I toughen it out? I'm also 16/f. If that says anything.
Your doctor should have gave you something or told you what to do. You need more fiber in your diet. I had the same problem for 4 years because I was anemic. You need to try some stool softeners.. laxatives. Pepto-Bismol is also good.

If a guy is constantly making effort to talk to her, then something is up. Depending on the guy, it varies. There could be some attraction or he just wants a new friend. Some guys would get close with girls they don't find attractive because they think.. those girls have "no self conscious" and will take whatever they will get. I've only met two guys like that though. But yeah.. if a guy keeps going out of his way to speak to you.. in person.. online.. texting. He most likely has some attraction towards you.

How can u tell if your pregnant if you have an irregular period??
If you have swollen breasts.
Color change with the nipples.
An appetite change.
Fatigue.
The most noticeable ones are.. frequently going to the bathroom and morning sickness.
The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. You might be getting symptoms of your period. It's somewhat similar because of swollen breasts and fatigue. You could be stressing yourself out so your period is delayed even longer. So take a pregnancy test.

my eyeshadow NEVER stays on. in the morning it looks really pretty right after i do it but soon you cant even tell im wearing any. ive used dark colors ive used light colors ive used numerous colors they all fade or wear off. and different brands too. any trick to make it stay on throughout the day ?
Here's what I do.
I put concealer OR foundation on my eyelid. It holds eyeshadow longer. There's "bases" made for eyeshadows to stay on longer.
Makeup artists use a damp makeup brush to apply eyeshadow. From my experience, it works a lot better and comes out brighter or darker. Of course it's not going to stay on forever but it works great for hours.
With cream eyeshadows.. try setting it with a light translucent powder.
A few of my friends have said that a good base is "Urban Decay Primer Potion"

I'm a lesbian, and as a big prank for my first college bout I cut my hair to look like a boy and I plan on going to campus monday as a male. I searched the web to find some good sites on advice to look more like a man but came up with nothing but stuff for men to look like women.

There's a few methods for it.
Wear baggy and loose clothing. You have to learn to camouflage your butt and waistline.
Remember to walk with straight hips, so lose that swing to your hips when you walk.
Try experimenting with different deep voices. It takes some practice. Just watch yourself in the mirror.

Some trend started from a small headband. Some girl with long straightened side bangs.. It probably looked "cool" on some scene girl on myspace and many girls followed it.
Otherwise, you'll hear some people say because it's cute.. and that they use the headband to make their bangs stay in place. They either wear it or they keep it on when their bangs dry after attacking it with hairspray. Which is why some people call them mushroom tops.

Yes, tell your parents about this so they can pass it along. At a young age, of course you're going to be curious. I've heard of some incidents where little kids would get naked in front of each other and misinterpret their actions as something bigger [for example, "touching" would be like sex.. when obviously it's not] If that girl hasn't had a sex talk.. then I doubt she knows what it is exactly. You could talk to her and ask her what sex is.. just to get her definition of it. My sister who is 6.. thought sex was getting on top of each while being clothed until she got corrected. So she probably has no clue what it is or she's lying. I wouldn't keep those two alone though. You should keep an eye out of her or tell somebody about it.

what does getting your ears pierced feel like?
It feels like a pinch if you go out and get it done by a piercing gun. it's so quick. if you get it done with a needle, it's going to hurt. i've gotten 8 ear piercings [including cartilage] from a gun and no infection.

Just wait it out. All those girls are probably afraid of you because you're so different. Since you are not like them, they think they must change you or pick on you for it. Don't give them any reaction. If it's bothering you that much, get your mom to talk to the school about it. They can help by direct ways or nondirect. I'm sure there will be some adult figure around you or within your sight.. so no one could hit you. Don't change for anyone but yourself. They are just ignorant immature girls. It gets better later. You won't be judged by your appearance or the sports you play. There's some really great successful popular tomboys at my highschool. You can try makeup, you don't have to be a barbie about it either. Maybe just some mascara or eyeliner. You don't even have to go outside with it in. Just try it one day with your mom on the weekend. See if it's okay to you or not. Little things make a difference. It's not really noticeable. You could try buying new clothes, not necessary baggy. I was the same as you. It took me years to change my clothes and everything. It's good to come out of wearing baggy things. It gives you.. more confidence in a way. If you're happy with the way you are, then don't change anything. But if you're unhappy.. then tweak a few times. Don't buy clothes so baggy and loose. Just buy something a bit more fitting but comfortable to you. I never liked those colorful butterfly shirts either. You can just look for plain t-shirts.. You shouldn't be like the other girls. Just be yourself. If you don't want all the muscle, then don't work out as often.
I think you should tell somebody this so you can get those people off your back. Who cares what they say ..if you need help from an adult. Because it's not fair that there's people against ONE person. it's just singling you out. you shouldn't have to hate going to school or anything like that. I'm sure the girls are jealous of you in a way because you're so much closer to the guys than they are.

i have hair on mys tomach and on my chest and breasts and back aand it drives me crazy because its dark because i have dark hair...but i dont want to wax it due to pain. and i don;t want to shave it or use nair because then it just grows back thicker and darker. am i able to bleach it?? and around how much would it be? i need to get rid of it or make it unoticable soon because i am to self concious about it and i would like to be able to wear a bikini in the summer without wearing a tank top over it! plz help
I wouldn't do anything about it. No one notices it anyway since every girl has hair on their body. It's only noticeable to you because it's your body and you see it up close. It's like this: No one knows exactly where you are wearing concealer or coverup unless you point it out. You see yourself close up in a mirror while others only see you from a distance. I doubt anyone would go up to your stomach or back and stare. I don't think bleaching would help a bit because you're just bleaching hair.. it's still there. My friend tried bleaching her stomach hair and it looked bad. It seemed to be more noticeable in my opinion. Wear that bikini. Everyone has dark body hair but since they are looking at you from a distance, it's not going to be pointed out. Especially if the sun is on you, it makes your skin have a glow. Unless someone knows it bothers you and wants to hurt you in some way, they will point it out. I have hair on my stomach and well, trying to remove it.. is a bad idea. Once a part of the hair is gone, you'll notice the surrounding hair[even if it's light!]... then you'll end up trying to remove every hair you have. So you could try waxing if you want or bleaching but from my experience, it's not good. It does grow back darker and in my opinion, before I tried doing anything.. it was not that noticeable or dark. Now it is. So even though you are conscious about it.. don't pay attention to it. Just focus on your legs. That's where guys usually look "long, sexy legs blah" You're always going to have hair everywhere. Just don't wax your chest, stomach or back.. Leave that to the dudes. You can either pluck or shave hair on your breasts though. I remember having a few long hairs.. and I just pulled it out. it looks better. I'm sure if you look closely to your friends, they have dark hair too.

1. You have to put yourself out there, try to grab his attention or try to hang out. It really depends on how you attract a guy. Since every guy is different, you have to try various things to pull them in. For me, I come off as mysterious and quiet because I'm shy and quite vague in conversations... it makes guys want to get to know me better. I'm also an artist, which keeps the guys interested .. it's something for them to talk about and something they may be interested in too. You have to find a common interest. That should be the first step. Just don't get too close but stick around and flirt.
2. There's really no proper age, to say.. But just be responsible about it. You don't have to wait until marriage. But don't give yourself away too soon in a relationship [give it a year] and if he waits for you, then he's willing to stick around and be with you. I think, you shouldn't have sex if you're just doing it for the guy or pressure. You probably heard this.. if you have no sex, you're a prude and the guy may leave you [waiting would be his test]. if you have too much sex, that might put too much stress on the relationship. You should be somewhat financially ready in case of a pregnancy. Always use condoms and try to get on the pill. If you don't use any protection, then that person shouldn't be having sex.
3. Every guy is different about this. Guys like a girl with confidence and how she carries herself. I don't think it matters if she wears makeup or not. I know some guys do like it when the girl is more on the natural side, they say its pretty cute. Just be happy with yourself. I think style makes a girl cute. Nothing in particular but something they put together.. their own style to fit their own personality. Some guys do judge a girl by her clothes, it seems to show the "type" she is. Unique, conservative, etc.
4. Deep conditioning treatments and hot oil treatments. Getting those done at a salon will come out really soft. My hair was dry and damaged so much but after it was really soft and shiny. There are treatments sold in drugstores too.
5. I have thick hair so I wouldn't be much help. I heard blowdrying from the bottom gives you more volume though.
6. Every guy is attracted to different people. I think everyone is cute in their own way. Guys love variety, I guess. Whether it's green eyes, pale or glowing skin, black or blonde hair, etc. Guys aren't really limited to who they find attractive unless they specifically believe in "latinas, etc" only. [Which some guys are like that]

There's nothing you can do right now, just wait. You can go out and buy padded bras.

Okay, I just pierced my nose with a needle (yes, yes I'm stupid for doing that blah blah but I don't need to hear that because I have reasons)
My problem is that the ring I have to put in is curved (it's actually a small hoop for ears but I thought it would work but I thought wrong haha) so it won't fit through. Or maybe I needed to use a thicker gauge needle. I don't know.
So I guess I'm just asking for advice- should I let it close up and wait till I get a real nose ring?
Or something else? haha I'm open to all suggestions!

I pierced my own nose. You need to wear a stud first. It's the best thing you can do next to letting it close. It's not good to get it pierced and put in a ring. The healing process hurts because you'll have to turn the ring. The more you turn, the more the inside seems to tear and dried blood scratches the inside of your nose on top of that. Then infection! My friend did that. After two months of waiting, I finally got my nose ring in and then she suddenly went out.. and copied me. Now she has an infection.
But if you really want it, then just wear the stud and let your nose heal for a few weeks. I know there's nose jewelery at walmart and hot topic. Try to get your nose gauged or repierced to at least an 18g. Most nose rings are that size.

You deserve someone better. If he broke up with you to go out with someone else and made up a lie [turning gay] to cover it up. You don't need him. He's a liar and isn't faithful to begin with. He probably had eyes on that other girl for a while. I would not go out with him again because he's done that once and he could do it again and leave you for some other girl. He's a jerk. Especially when it was only 4 weeks, it's so soon in a relationship. He can't commit and you should try going out with someone who will treat you better than that.

are thongs uncomfortable? would it be better to wear boy shorts or thongs to not have the lining of your underwear show up when you are wearing pants? i dont understand how anyone would ever get used to having a string there.
Thongs can be uncomfortable. You just have to give it some time. Thongs don't show up when you're wearing pants. Boyshorts might if you wear tight jeans. From my experience, they bundle up. You have to get a thong in your size and make sure it's not too tight. Once you start wearing them regularly.. the string won't be a bother. It might ride up a couple of times. Also you can get good deals on those. Like 3 boyshorts for around $10. And about 5 thongs for about $12. Usually boyshorts around around $5 each and thongs are about $3 and up each.

Are you sure he was okay being just friends? Give it about a week or two, if he hasn't told anyone else.. you need to ask him what's up. if he doesn't stop, then it might be an actual long distance relationship.

I don't think it's true. I sometimes don't close my eyes and I'm thinking of him. It doesn't mean anything. Some people kiss with their eyes closed or open.. it's just how they are. Some people also keep their eyes half open when they kiss. I do that sometimes to see if my boyfriend is enjoying the kiss. XD There are moments when people do think of something else than the person.. because the time you are kissing [making out] your mind tends to wander but it doesn't mean he's fantasying about someone else.

To me there's just two obvious types. I mean the obvious tomboy. The girl may look a bit androgynous. She wears little makeup, IF any. She probably doesn't have many female friends and likes being "one of the guys" because girls can cause too much drama. Not really into the girly girl fashion, probably wears some male or loose/baggy/comfortable clothing. Is probably athletic or interested into sports. Just someone you can have fun with and hang out.
Then there's the other type. She most likely looks like a girly girl, good sense of fashion and all made up. The appearance is different, but has a mind of a tomboy. Someone who would rather go out and play some sport, go see a game or a movie than get their nails done, you know?
It's kind of confusing how to get someone to like you. Just be yourself and put yourself out there. If you don't, you will go unnoticed. You can't expect someone to go up to you, if they don't know you. Some people are willing to come up to "strangers" but most are shy and think it's too random to go up to a person they don't know. You have to be prepared for rejection. Some tomboys won't see guys as a boyfriend. Most guys are really picky about how girl's look and act, so she's probably not expecting anyone to go out of their way to tell her they like her. I mean when you dress or act like a guy, some guys don't notice them in a relationship way, more like.. a sister. If you aren't friends already, then you should try to start a friendship. Ask her out somewhere and try to have fun. You can't make someone like you but you can try to get them interested into you. By hanging out and being there for her, just don't seem too eager because that's a turn off.
