Okay, tomorrow we are having a Valentine's dance. There is this guy I really like, and he is going. Both of us are single, and he talks to me regularly. But tomorrow at the dance, I want to look good. I have no clue what to wear, or how to do my makeup. Im not real big on skirts, and I want to be comfortable.
Also, I have kind of pale skin, and REALLY light brown hair w/ highlights. Any ideas? Thank you!

Ooh cool, a dance! Here's what i think you should do. Wear some tight comfortable jeans and a tight tank. But whatver you wear you want to me comfortable and be able to move around easlily. As for makeup, always going natural is best. A light pink with a darkish pink near your brow bone could look could look good with a little bit of black eyeliner on your lower eye and lots of mascara. Or you could do a color that compliments a color on your shirt that you are wearing..Don't match it exactly though cuz that doesn't always look good. As for tips on dancing..just go with the beat and do what feels right..don't be too stiff and just sway around but don't flail around wildly, lol. you'll find what feelss right to you when you hear the music.

Okay...I'm 15/f and I'm going to the Sweetheart Dance at my school on Saturday and I'm bringing my bf (he goes to a different school)...would it be wrong if I dance with other guys (friends) at the dance too? (link)

hmm..depends on how your boyfriend feels about that situation. Ask him if it wuold be okay if you danced with other guys as friends, if he doesn't seem to keen on it then you probably shouldn't if he says sure then go for it. the only thing im worried about is that since you're bringing him maybe you should hang with himsince he doesn't go to your school, but if it doesnt' bother him then you're fine.

Okay V-day is coming up and I have yet to find some good V-day sweets. I have searched the internet but its hard to find a recipe that is unique and out of the ordinary. I love to bake but I don't feel like cakes/cookies this year. I want to make a treat that will be remembered.
I was thinking of doing suckers but I decided I didn't want too. I have a cool recipe that you take Large marshmellows and dip them in candy chocolatte and put sprinkles on them. Everyone loves it but I wanted something new. Any ideas?

mmmmmmmh your idea sounds delicious! why mess with success? Maybev you could make those agian and also have something else so people have a varietey. Maybe brownis with icing on it hte shape of a heart..or maybe chocolaet lollipops ..mmh have fun!

15/f I get really chapped lips, but they don't crack or anything, they just get sore and red and sometimes itchy. They flake too. So anyway, I've tried loads of different chapsticks and stuff, even blisteze which is a really good medical thing to use. It's really annoying me cuz I can't wear lip gloss or anything, plus they itch and I get red bits around my lips too. Does anybody know what's up with them? (link)

hmm..prolly just the winter air is drying them out which makes them sore, red and itchy. You could try vaseline..it works for me sometimes and it could work for you.Hope u feel better

sometimes on google you can type in an image of what you want, right click it and do "select as wallpaper" or desktop backround.

Not really a health question I guess but is there a way to get rid of a few zits I have like 4 and I want them to go away!!! Is there something at HOME I can try to use to make them go away or get smaller? I don't really wanna go buy something b/c I have oxypads but those take a few days... so please help me! O and I heard toothpaste helps is this true? thanks!!!

yes i was acutally going to suggest toothpaste lol..if u wanna buy something try clean and clear acne spot treatment..but if u dont try soaps with out a lot of moisture in them so they can dry it out. Hope this helps

sure, i do em all the time..This is how i do them:
bend over and get all your hair into a ponytail but don't put your hairtie on yet, then put the hairtie on once over the back of your pontytail after you have foleded your ponytail over so the ends of the hair are touching your forehead. then Wrap the hairtie over a second time. Put the bun so it stretches and that other pieces of hair come out..Hope this helps if u hav any questions just ask me :)

aww..Okay here is what i think. I think that you're are a more mature level then him and are ready for a boyfriend and all of the responsibilities that come with it. I think that this guy really does like you and thinks you'r really awesome but i don';t know so much about "love". He might just be saying that because he doesnt really know what love is and how to express it, he is onyl 12. So he is probablyh thinking about haning with his buddies when they come and he doesn't want to make a big deal and show affection to you when you are there. I think that you shouldn't let it bother you too much and just act as though you are just good friends because i think that is probvably what he is thikning right now.

aw..girls show their feelings in different ways to guys. Sometimes if they are shy you might not know if they like you, and they could be really descreet about it and they might sort of stare at you or get nervous if you try and talk to them. Or some girls are really outgoingn and fliratious when they like a guy and make it really obvious, some girls will act mean to u because the don't know how to show their feelings to you and that's the only way they can think of. okay, here's what i think you should do..break down what you need to know and study each part of it..then when you have one part down study anotther hten go back to the first one so you don't forget it, then do another one and so on. When you break things down its not as overwhelming..Hope this helps and good luck on ur test, im sure ull do fine. P.S--try flash cards, making quizzes for your self or or mneumonic devices (sp?)

well..I have curly hair as it is and a put a lot of products in it to make it look haflway decent lol, so maybe you just need to put some products in it for curly hair so it turns out shiny and nice. I've never curled my hair before but maybe you can try it, like put some therma products in it, which react to heat which will help your hair not be dry and frazzled.

Tell him how you feel about the situation and what you think that he should do. If he makes the desicion based on how he feels without added pressure from you then he is more likely to do someting with you because then he won't feel any more added pressure to do something about you and getting back together. You can just tell him what you told us, that you think he can do better and that she is not the nicest girl and that he would be better off with someone who treats him better. HOpe this helps :)

Sure! Maybe if you see it during the day it won't b so bad because then you'll have the whole day to get over it and it will be light out so you won't go home in the dark thinking things are lurking behind every corner lol. But if just the thought of hte movie terrifies you then i'd sy maybe skip it and see a less scary movie..Movies are supposta b fun not deathly scary hehe..Have fun :)

Why try and be friends with someone who is mean to you? she isn't worh the attention or effort..Ditch her and find friends who you don't have to work for to be friends with..A real friend you don't have to worry about how she/he acts around you and vice versa.

Hey I have dark brown hair and I was wondering if I should put blonde highlights in them? I have done it before for like 2 years and then I stopped for some reason. I was wondering if blonde highlights are still in or should I leave my hair dark brown. Oh and I'm kinda sick of blonde so what other colors can I put in my hair. Hmm..i think its up to you. I think it might look a little un natural if you do bright blonde heighlights on dark brown hair. Maybe you can do natural light brownish highlights or highlights a shade or two darker than your natural hair color..I think either of those options would look good. then again you only live once so why not try the blonde and if you do't like it u can always dye it back.

I wanna perm my hair. I have jet black hair, face is long and thin. I have shoulder length hair. I wanna perm the ends. Do you think itll look good? If not then please suggest how should i perm or where should i perm it or shoudl i perm at all. Please answer I rate high.

yes, i think that would look good! It would add a nice wave ot it, too perm it too much otherwise your hair could look unevenly permed..but if you do a gradual wave it would look good

I was just shoveling yesterday alot and last night when I was sleeping I noticed my back hurt ALOT. Today even when Im typing I cant bend over because it hurts too much. What can I do to stop it from hurting? Please help!

o the same thing happened to me wen i woke up today! I think what you should do is just rest today and maybe put a hotwater bottle on it, or ice..try and take some tylenol or advil too, feel better!
