I used to have many best friends. When 7th grade started some of them became part of the popular crowd, a few went totally goth on me and cut them selves constantly and some just ditched me. I have like one or two friends now that still hang out with me. I have lots of other people hang out with me, but now I'm realizing how they truly feel about me by all the rumors they are starting. I just don't know what to do anymore, I'm so alone. Please help.

To be honest, you need to withdraw from the ones who's name always pops up when you ask where the rumor started. You can never be sure, and if you're hearing a rumor, confront that "friend" and tell them you want the honest truth, that you can still be friends with them even if it might hurt. If they give you an attitude then they're not the people you hold onto. A few GOOD friends is better than 20 ordinary friends. Teens go through rought times with friends. It's a part of life...groups change, and people are trying on all sorts of different personalities and styles, because they are still trying to find themselves. Just throw in hormones, and there's your chaos.

In a lifetime is only one love in your life or a couple "loves"? you know how people...claim to have been in love a couple times?

It really depends on the person. Love can be anyhing. I think, rarely, but possibly, someone could fall in love in the matter of a day, or the matter of 75 years. They could fall in love 100 times, or never have fallen in love. Love for everyone is valued differently. Sometimes two people fall in love but it doesn't work out. Love isnt neccesarily the person you spend the rest of your life with. Sometimes you fall more in love with someone at first, but things dont work out. Some people go ahead and marry those who they learn to love. The problem with love and romance is, a romantic person is naturally passionate when it comes to passion and "love". Sometimes, I have learned, they tend to be equally that passionate in other fields as well. Such as anger...they may be as passionate as they are when they are loving as they are when they are raging.

I have been stuck in a situation where i have to choose beetween where i've lived for 7-8 years and gone to school (not popular there)and a place where my dad has lived his whole life and im very popular there (i just shadowed someone there) i need help deciding plz help!

Well remember...once you enter that school you might seem fun and popular when you first go, but people might get "bored". I know it seems horrible but value what friends you do have regardless of the amount of them. If you think they're worth staying, stay!! But, if you feel left out and unhappy w/ your teachers where you're currently living, move. I suggest you write down on a piece of paper your likes/dislikes about where you live and where you might move and compare!

You've been waiting for long enough....do NOT leave yourself wondering. If she seems interested, if she ever flirts with you, go ahead and give it a try. I don't recommend asking her out if you guys never talk...but if you do and it wouldn't be considered completely random go and try it. You do owe it to yourself....you can live life guessing because hesitation might wind up as regret.

DEFINETLY. Seriously IGNORE what people say otherwise. Well, don't ignore. It's good to hear both sides of opinions, but I know it works for sure. For example; if you're ALL over a guy and giggling and talking to him every second COMPULSIVELY...he'll be satisfied...and might even get bored. But if you're quiet even when you want to talk to him for hours on end, it leaves him guessing! Mystery is where the intrigue lies my dear! When your all quiet...they start to wonder why...and they feel like they "miss" you..and so they'll start doing things to get your attention. Let them initiate conversation with you, don't act like it's a priority to talk to them. They will seriously do stuff to get your attention if your quiet or they think you're "mad"...for example steal something from you; (ex. shoe). To be honest, I've even been sung too in the past just to get my attention! lol...it was in a joking way but it got me to laugh!! See what I mean? It depends on the guy I guess...and whether or not he has interest in you. But if he has interest even to be the slightest friends, he tends to go for you more.

14/f. Here's the thing. I am so in love (ok, like) with this guy. There's only one problem-He's my teacher! But he's so hott! He's also funny, nice, and smart. I really like him, but I don't want to b/c he's too old for me, and nothing's ever going to happen between us. How can I convince myself to not like him?

Ok...think of how old he was when you were born...that might be enough to gross you out. There's no way for certain I can tell you to STOP liking someone...but look around you and try and make yourself distracted and/or have interest for someone else. Even if it only lasts a week you'll forget about both crushes!

yeah I've been in this situation before. Twice. First time, I just went with the flow and went out with the kid. And the second time, I lingered knowing my past experience. Take my advice...as much as your friends are gunna say "Just go out with him already..." sometimes they dont know shit. No offense, but seriously, it's not their lives so their not going to think about the guilt, emotional problems, or remorse that goes along with relationships like these. I could write this answer fairy-tale perfect style but that would be a waste of your time and mine. The truth is, if you wanna remain that friendship let him know, especially when he asks you out. It's actually a COMPLIMENT not a letdown to him because it's saying that you dont want to lose him.

I know this is weird...but maybe write something on your hand that will somehow remind you to not talk behind other's backs. When people start talking about other people, point out good things about them. Just say, "I think she's nice!", or "Actually,she looks pretty today". Stuff like that. Also, when your friends start ripping people up say "that's really mean!".

Im starting a diet today. Your traditional no soda, all water, fruits &&veggies kinda thing. Im planning on becoming a vegetarian also..I alrady know the excersizes im gonna do, so dont think that im not stupid enough to juss search this, but what are some good MEALS, like for dinner i could eat? My mom is always making something with MEAT in it. She says shell make me something else if i give her an idea..so any ideas?

Egg, cheese, broccoli(or zucchini) quiche
Pasta/Sphagetti
Eggplant
Black Bean Burritos
Pita Quesidillas (veggies and cheese!)
Avocado Eggrolls
Lentil Soup
Veggie Burgers (can be good!)
Lettuce Wraps
Salad (all your regular toppings along with walnuts and apples-tastes good!)

Well, don't give your ex the control over your life I'm sure he would LOVE to have. In other words, if you feel compelled to tell this kid you like him, crap that your ex says shouldnt matter...he should only believe what comes from your mouth. Maybe you could hang out one day with the kid you like...and just kinda drop hints, flirt e.t.c...you cant live your life being scared of what may happen, otherwise you'll be too timid to find out the things that may put a smile on your face. mmkay so i have the biggest boobs in my grade and guy sare always looking at them instead of my face. adn it rele bothers me. is there anything that i could do to make them stop? i mean like my friend had a pool party and i had to stay in the water the entire time cuz guys wouldnt stop. it rele bothers me.i mena likke sum guys only like my boobs and not me.

try to wear more "conservative" shirts. I'm not saying wear a turtleneck everyday, I just mean wear shirts that are stunning but only give you a tiny glimpse of what's there. That and if you see someone who is obviously staring, be like "wow your perverted" and maybe they'll get embarrassed and turn away.

I think I am heading 2 anorexia. I don't eat normal at school. I skip meals from 8 hours a day and I feel real week. And when I think about eating I get sick to my stomiac. I am only 13 but I am really upsessed with my weight. I only eat about 3-4 things a day. I need help. Thanks and No smartasses Please.

Most people who are a diagnosed Anorexic, Bulimic, or Compulsive eater are in denial. If you THINK you might be anorexic, your probably not. You might have a subconscious phobia that's causing you to not eat, ex: fear of choking, fear of upset stomach etc. However, these things are uncommon, and you might just be going through a rough age. The only way you can change your habits is to consult an adult, and ask them to have perhaps a visit or two with a nutritionist, or an evaluation with a doctor. If you're used to your habits, you most likely cannot change them until someone enforces some ground rules and has an eye on you. Well, good luck.
