you know how some people have like their last name . org ... and have an email to that... its like a whole website and everything? how do you get one of those? is it free?

It's called a domain name. You fine it through certain companies that offer it. I know Yahoo offers it, as long as a few others. It does cost about $10-$50 a year, depending on what features you want.
