I have almost no ones instant messaging address. My mom walked in while i was talking to one of my friends online and saw that i only had ten people on my list. Since i had a different s/n last year i didn't bother getting a lot of people's IM, so she sent me to this counsiling group for teens who can't get along with others. I went to the group once and they said that i just don't want to talk to people. Should i stay in the group, or leave, i don't think i belong in there, but should i give it another day?

I think your mom is overeacting just a bit. Your friends are your buisness, plus not everyone has an instant messanger, tell her its your life and if your happy she doesnt need to worry. If you honeslty enjoy the group stay in it, if not drop the hell out. Good Luck.

ok well theres this guy that i have liked for awhile .. and he says he likes me but he just doesnt want the "commitment". and well we kinda went out i guess for a few days, but then i guess he realized he just really doesnt want a girlfriend. It made me really upset. And now he just says that i really mean something to him, and all this other crap. And i kinda just dont want to be his friend so i dont have to deal with liking him.. and then he just says how much i mean to him and that he really wants to be my friend and stuff ..im not sure what to do?

It basically means he`s not at that time in life where he is ready to make such a commitment. He has a great fear of loosing so in the mean time he wants to be your friend and care about you for as long as he can until he is ready. If he keeps telling you how much he really does care about you, it means he wants more of a "best friendship" so he can hold on to you. Dont forget about this one he sounds like a keeper. Good luck.

This is very messed up, so it's going to be hard to explain. Back in February I met a great guy. We went out, got serious, I lost my virginity, became best friends, we broke up. It's important to note that we broke up because I told him I love him. He freaked out and said he wishes he could love me but that he can't love anyone(It wasn't cold hearted, he even cried a little, which isn't normal for him).

After we broke up he briefly went out with a girl who didn't really talk much. My guess is that he was with her because he could just fuck her without any attachments. It killed me to see them together because he even admitted that he didn't care about her. So I told him that since I still felt like I loved him, I couldn't take him being with her. It was literally driving me insane. I told him to chose between me or her and he chose her. Later he broke up with her hoping that he could save his friendship with me and her.

Now I'm sleeping with him again, but we say that we're just friends. It's starting to get to me, though. I really feel in love with him. I have no desire to be with anyone else. I asked him what his feelings were toward me and he said he likes me a lot, and he feels like we can talk about anything, but it didn't really explain how he felt about me. I think he doesn't want to talk about any of that because he's going to college.

We both agreed that we're very screwed up, and care about each other a lot. Is there a way that I can figure out how much he cares about me? Should I worry about the fact that he doesn't seem interested in going out with me? It sounds sketchy when I read this, but when we went out things just got bad. Maybe we're better off this way. And it's not like he's romantically involved with anyone else. I don't know I'm just really confused.

If you want to find out if he really cares about you, dont fuck him for a while and see if he get`s really upset. If he does then he`s using you for sex (which good be good or bad). And if he thinks it`s no big deal and still wants to talk to you all the time and seems interested in you then you know he really cares about you. Good Luck.

Most people have no idea until they try. But to give you a little "sex ed", First off for your first time i highly reccomend the guy being the lead. ( On top ) First the guy get`s an errection, then hopefully if your thinking smart he will slap on a condom (lol), and insert his you know what into your know what, and, it`s really not as hard as you think. Just go with the flow and make sure your ready physically and mentally. Safe sex alwaii`s!!

whats a good and healthy way to weight loss?
( i only want to loose 20 lb.)

Completly give up all junk food and soda. You have to be strict on yourself even though it is hard. I myself am trying to loose some weight and what i recomend is like i said give up all the junk food, eat plenty of fruits and vegtable`s during the day then for dinner have some kind of meat like chicken, or ribs etc. The meat will help you speed up your metabolism, Then trylot`s of running running and self-excersize. Dont work yourself too hard, exsercise about 20 min a day 3 x`s a week. It all helps. It might take a while but trust me it helps, i used to be overweight and in the past 6 or 7 month`s i`ve lost about 16 pound`s and now i`m at a perfect weight!! Good luck babe.

You`re underweight but about 3.5%. No worrie`s you can get it up. Try talking to your mom about increasing your diet to lot`s of meaty products.

Is it normal to have to change your pad every 45 min., because lately I've been having to change it about every 45 min., and like my whole pad is covered in blood,(sorry this is really gross!!), am i bleeding a little bit too much?? Is there any way that i can like, slow my flow down because lately, ive been having to wear 3 maxi pads to bed...but anyways...is this normal??

No it is completely normal, but i highly recomend wearing tampon`s, it take`s a lot longer to "fill up" and you only have to change it every 4-8 hours.
