Write down what you eat along with the calories in that product. Also excercist 30 minutes a day. You can still eat your favorite desserts but with a very small portion of it. Stick to this diet and be true to yourself and your guartenteed to lose weight easily.

I myself am trying to loose some weight and what i recomend is like i said give up all the junk food, eat plenty of fruits and vegtable`s during the day then for dinner have some kind of meat like chicken, or ribs etc. The meat will help you speed up your metabolism, Then trylot`s of running running and self-excersize. Dont work yourself too hard, exsercise about 20 min a day 3 x`s a week. It all helps. It might take a while but trust me it helps, i used to be overweight and in the past 6 or 7 month`s i`ve lost about 16 pound`s and now i`m at a perfect weight!! Good luck babe.

OreoGirl answered Friday June 25 2004, 11:06 am: excersize(i'm sry but i cant spell) and dieting and eating healthy. actually if u eat healthy u dont have to diet. make an excersize routine. umm....my dad is trying to lose weight and so he says he wants to speed up his metabolism. he said that he eats a lot but not at one time. he eats about 6 times a day but just a little every time. i guess it works cus he went from 300 to 227 in a short amount of time. hope i helped!

...so yeah... beyond the obvious there, you need to do the following:
Talk to a doctor - perhaps during a physical.
Be very aware of your dietary intake / caloric intake.
Start a regular, regimented exercise routine.
Stay physically active.
Get a good night's sleep every night.
Stay disciplined to maintain all the steps listed above (except the doctor bit... only need to do that once). [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
