underweight

I'm 12, im 5'0" and i weigh 81 pounds. I'm underweight and I like the way I am. I like my size. I just wanted to know if theres any way I can get to the weight im supposted to be(91 pounds) and stay they size I am. Please help.

You`re underweight but about 3.5%. No worrie`s you can get it up. Try talking to your mom about increasing your diet to lot`s of meaty products.

u acn try by eating liek meat or soemthignt hat makes u gain weight fast klike hamburgers and then work out but dont run just work out like crunches and stuf liek that weight lifting alittle u wil lget alittle muscles and be fit and weight alittle more i weight 103 and im fit and im only 15 i weighed 70 wen i was ur age and in a month i weighed 82 and i had muscles and i was still the skinniest hope i helped please rate me

Work out. Muscle weighs more than fat. I would take some sort of class, like spinning or gymnastics. I'm not sure about the spinning, but I can personally tell you that gymnastics works. I've been doing it for two years. I've stayed the same clothing size, but my weight has gone up.

Hey im 5'0" and weigh 91 pounds.If u wanna gain try eating alot and not excercising.When u reach 91 pounds start doin excersises but not ones that will make you loose wait.Like lifting weights.=)

Muscle mass. Work out. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can stay the same size and just bulk up a bit. I started doing little workouty things at night and went from 105 pounds to 110 and I'm still a size 1.
