I, 16/m, should probably tell you now I'm gay or you lose the entire premise of this. okay, so It was New Year's Eve and I called one of my friends (we'll call him Jake for further analysis.) Jake, 14/m, and we started talking. Jake's an eighth grader and I'm a high school sophmore. So I told him that I liked him on New Year's, thinking that he didnt like me back. Well, he did. So we dated for the next week and then I answered the phone and he told me, "your not gonna like this," and I mean, I got pretty scared. Well, then he said, "I gotta go, I'll ttyl," and then right before he hung up, he goes, "I'm straight."

So Im thinking okay, I need to talk to him and see if our friendship is still okay. So I call him back a day later and I told him I'd like to talk about it, and he says, "I dont have any thing else to say." and I got pissed and hung up.
Plus Jake's older brother is a Senior at my school and really popular in the theater dept. like I hope to be. So I got really scared that his brother might find out and just told a few of my friends.

Well, literally, two months passed without me seeing him, and then I went to my schools spring musical and he was there I talked to him during intermission and he still said he didnt know his sexuality. I told him that I thought I deserved an explanation. He said I did, but someone interupted us, and I never got one.

Right as we were going back to our seats I told him that I was over him and that I wanted him out of my life.

I cried through the entire second act, as I was driven home, as I went to sleep, and two days later.

I dont know what to do. I don't want to love him, and he doesnt deserve it, but I do. Please help me. What should I do?

there's only one way you can really get over him, you did a good thing when you told him that you dont't want him in your life anymore but you just have to stand by this decision erase or get rid of everything that reminds you of him... fir example his number if its in your phone or written down somewhere, block his s/n just get rid of him. try to not even think about him apparently hes not worth it... you should find someone who treats you right and don't waste your time worrying about him. this might take alittle time but eventually you will be over him...just try to not even think about him..hope i helped!

why do you think people can be cruel to those they love the most?

they are probably cruel to those they love the most because the people who love you will usually never give up on you. No matter how mean they are, they know that if they ever need help that you will be there to save them. If someone who you loves you is mean to you it says that they must know that you love them alot or else they wouldnt be willing to risk you getting like mad at them for real...well i know thats confusing but i hope i helped!

okey here's the deal. 15/f and i have never made out. i really really REALLY want to, but i'm afraid what the boy's reaction will be. example: what if i'm a bad kisser? what will he think? is that going to affect the way he thinks of me? i'm just really afraid of what he will say. I could either be a good kisser or a bad kisser and i just don't know. people are starting to call me prude now and i obviously am but i want to change that. help me?

i used to have the same problem and if you find the right guy that you want to makeout with just go for it, if you dont you will spend alot more time wondering what if im bad or what if he doesnt like me anymore and stuff like that. if he really likes you then he wouldnt care and youre never going to know if your good or bad until you do it so stop worrying about it the more you worry about it and think about it the more your going to suck at makeing out...as long as you doint bite or drool on the guy then your fine. i used to be known as the prude girl to so just dont even listen to them when you find the right time then go ahead

OK... so I liked this guy(Tim) for about two months. Then I finally fessed up to him and he said that he felt the same way. He asked me to be his gf about two days later. But no one was happy for me! My friends said that he wasn't worthy of me and that he wasn't nearly good enough. But I really really liked him so I still went out with him. But now, he's just like scared of me! He won't talk to me except for on email, he will barely even look at me. (Not that I've noticed. A few of my friends have caught him staring at me.) I really really like Tim but I want him to be a little closer to me and stop acting like I'm something to be scared of. =(

if you like tim then thats all that matters if your friends dont like him then oh well but maybe you should just go up to him and start talking to him and help him get over his shyness of you just try to make him feel more comfortable around you. it might take alittle time but be patient just take it slow and get him used to the fact that your his gf

ok well think of it this way if you dont break up with him then in the end he is just going to get hurt more. He will start to like you more and put yourself in his position would you want to go out with someone who doesnt like you back? if i were you i would just as nicely as possible break up with him do it yourself in person its just kindof low and mean if you dont hope i helped!

start flirting with her alittle and if she flirts back theres a chance that maybe she likes you as more then a friend. So maybe for a week or so just talk to her and flirt alittle if she seems to not be annoyed by you and seems to flirt back ( smiles, teases you, jokes around etc.) then just ask her out

haha ok do you go out with girl or not? If you go out with her then just talk to her about it but if she feels pressured into it or nervous you should be willing to wait until shes comfortable. If you dont go out w her then idk what to tell you but maybe you should find a different kindof easy girl haha hope i helped

i wouldnt write him a note if i were you. I would maybe say hey and maybe walk with him after class or something if you see him and have a casual conversation. Nothing to deep just like hey whats up that sort of thing. Maybe flirt alittle but nothing over the top you dont want to turn him off.. keep him interested. Tease him alittle and if he teases you back theres a good chance that hes into you. He seems into you anyways if he smiles at you and says hey to you so maybe you two should hang out see a movie but nothing too soon get a good relationship with him first and then go for it if he doesnt first.. theres a guy... & he flirts with me all the time. we hung out Monday and he was flirting with me so much and he called me beautiful and all this stuff. then one of my friends tells me today that he likes another girl. I was really upset because I felt stupid... i set my feelings on him and then this happened. i just don't know how i should act around him, because i'm not sure if he still likes me. i mean, i still like him but should i not show it? should i flirt with him even more? should i not even talk to him? any ideas?

well either your best friend misheard something or this guy is totally playing you. If i were you i would like lightly flirt back like a fourth of how much he is flirting but maybe flirt with some other guys around him to show him that he isnt the only guy you can get. And if he confronts you about you flirting with other guys then thats a sure sign that hes interested. But play it cool...make him fall for you. If he has you whipped then he has you and thats sometimes a not so great place to be so unless you two start dating try not to like him too much.

Theres this boy, Jacob. He's one of my best friends, and I'm in love with him. I really am, don't tell me I'm too young or anything. But I don't know if he likes me that way or not. he did earlier this year, but I don't know anymore. And my friend likes him, too. I've cried over him so many times, because i thought that he liked her. I was really upset, but I dont know, as long as he was happy then i wasn't too sad. I was afraid that she'd hurt him or something. But anyway, its been so much pain and hurt. should I just try and see if I can stop loving him? Is love worth all the tears and pain?

i have been in a somewhat similar situation and you have to find out 3 things: would your best friend be upset with you if you went out with jacob ,if jacob likes your best friend or you , and you have to figure out who means more to you, your best friend or jacob. If Jacob likes your best friend then you have to stop loving him now... your just going to end up really hurt and disapointed, you would need to erase him out of your life...its the only way. However if he likes you then it just depends on who you choose, bestfriend or boyfriend. Its up to you there but if i were you maybe i would have a neutral friend find out who he likes or if you have a s/n make up a fake one and i-m him... this usually works ..hope i helped good luck!

ok well when you told her that you loved her she was probably alittle freaked out...no affense.. so maybe you should just talk to her as a friend only, maybe she needs some time to decide if she likes you or not and she probably would want to see that your fun to be with and not just a creepy guy.. so maybe you should be friends with her for a while and then maybe after a few months tell her how you feel about her. If she completely regects you then you should probably move on if she says she kindof likes you then wait around for a while and see if her feelings for you grow and if she tells you that she likes you alot too then go for it ..hope i helped
