ok - generally at this age one can put on music and teens can amuse themselves dancing, etc. Also - watching a movie is good. Something scary is usually best and most interesting for coed parties. Otherwise you can always resort to twister, or sardines, games that sound lame but with friends can be really fun.

Well, since your birthday is in May, there's a lot you can do. You can probably go to an amusement park [unless they open in June], or you could go to the movies. If you have a hottub, go in there. Since you don't drive yet, I wouldn't suggest going for an all night drive. You could go bowling, or you could just have a small get-together. I didn't do much at my sweet 16 except sit around and talk. And that was all I really wanted. But honestly, there's a lot you can do. I'm not very creative at the moment because the teenage brain doesn't become active til 9:30-10:00 am. And it's 8:30. So I apologize.
But, go to a gokart place or something. I'd do that for my birthday, but I'm born in February, and nothing's open, haha.
