What is a budgie? I`ve seen like 5 questions on here asking about them!
A Budgie, or Budgerigar, or Parakeet is a small bird that is usually a pet. I've had 2 of them, and they're pretty neat birds. they're inexpensive to keep, and they're quiet enough that they're not annoying. That's what a Budgie is!
If a pregnant woman is killed, it's considered a double homicide then why are abortions looked upon differently? I've heard things like when a pregnant woman is killed, it wasn't her choice but it is her choice in the case of an abortion. But, she isn't killing herself when it comes to abortions; she's doing it to another, developing human being. So that just doesn't make sense to me.

Now then, whether or not it counts as a double homocide is irrelevent. The mother who is allegedly responsible is dead. Therefore no-one is charged with murder. But in any case I don't believe that would count as a double homocide anyway since, like you said, she's killing another developing human being not herself.
is it true that if you charge your cell for a certain amount of time ..then it wont be able to charge ever again? and is it the same with ipods? because my friends ipod cant charge cause she said she has charged it for a certain amount of time.. i was just wondering if this was true or not for the cell phone..

No, it is not possible. Your phone/iPod stops taking in energy once it is fully charged. If you look on the screen while it's charging, eventually it says "charged". This means it's done.

i just got a laptop for graduation, and i got itunes on it, but i cant transfer my music to it. i plugged my ipod in, but then when it says to transfer the music, it deletes my library on my ipod cus the library is blank on the laptop. its pointless to have my laptop without music on it, cus i wont use it much. my friend told me to download "ipodcopy" which is supposed to help you transfer songs, but it didnt work for me. i can play music with my ipod plugged, in, but i cant have my ipod plugged in the whole time. please actually tell me how to get music on, instead of just saying keep your ipod plugged in. thanks a lot.
Yeah, you're not supposed to be able to transfer music on your iPod to music on your computer. However, I have had this same problem when I got a new computer and there are ways of doing it.

there's this guy i like who supposedly likes me. we've been talking for over a month,(i've known him for a few years though) but he has yet to ask me out. i asked him about it, and we argued and to sum it up he pretty much said forget we ever started talking, which wasn't what i wanted to happen. so we started talking again that day, once we both calmed down, and we somehow decided that we would be better off just friends with benefits for now. i'm not sure if that's what i want, but i think that maybe if we do that a relationship could develop. i think i may love him, which doesn't seem to make any sense, but i wouldn't say it if i didn't mean it.
then there's this other boy, who i've fooled around with before, and i've known him forever. i know i love him, but i don't know if it's the same kind of love, he's kinda like a brother? i dont know, it's hard to explain. but i think he's wants something with me (relationship-wise).. i just don't know what to do, because i care for them both. i would just like someones honest opinion on this, like, what would you do if you were me?
Stop. The whole idea behind friends with benefits is that NO relationship will develop. Tell him you want a relationship, or stick with the friends with benefits thing. But don't expect him to suddenly fall in love with you just beecause you're having sex because obviously sex & friendship are all he wants
What is the best way to keep your legs smooth longer? I hate having to shave every so often, and i have to shave since i'm allergic to the like veet and cream things that instantly remove hair and stuff. So ya, how can they stay smoother longer?
You can get a laser treatment that permanently removes hair from your legs, or you get them waxed. The first one costs some money (and you have to be an adult) and the second one hurts like hell, but those are 2 ways of removing hair

what is freshman friday?my friend said if its freshman friday the seniors gonna throw u into the garbage is it true? how do u avoid it?
Even if someone tells you there is a "freshman friday" or "scrub day" or whatever the hell they're talking about, from personal experience I can tell you that it usually doesn't happen. And even if it does, as long as you're not going around yelling "IM A FRESHMAN!" at a big school people usually can't tell if you're a freshman.

I have and ipod nano video and I was wondering if there is a way to put videos onto your ipod for free without purchasing them on itunes. Can't you like download them from something like lime wire, drag them to itunes, and connect your ipod and it's already there for you? I tried that and it didn't work but is there a different way?

You can't put videos on an iPod nano. You can only put videos on an iPod video which is the one that costs 300-400 dollars and comes in 30 or 60 gigabytes. But if you do have a video, and not a nano you just drag the videos from in iTunes and connect your iPod and drag them into the iPod logo

Well regardless of what I recommend the iPod mini is no longer available haha
If you do find it on eBay, it would cost even more than a nano, but the mini can hold up to 6 gigabytes whereas the nano can only hold 2-4. I recommend the nano, and get the 4 gig. besides the nano can store photos and it looks awesome
My friend let this guy she`s been going out for a week finger her today. They've never even kissed, shes 13, he`s 12. He`s already had sex before, but she hasn`t even had her first kiss. yeah, that is VERY wrong. The fact that a 12 year old has gone NEAR having sex before is shocking. How is it possible that your friend is dum enough to do that with him? Oh, and the reason that 12 year old is so into sex is probably that he was abused sexually as a young child.

Yeah, that's happened to me. It just means that you are getting bad reception, and the phone can't connect. Try waiting until you have good reception to send your messages.
