Q: Since I am in 8th grade, I have recently been thinking about high school and where I will be going, what courses I will be taking, etc. Right now I have a transfer to a school other than the one I am supposed to attend because I am a 'gifted' student and the school I was required to attend before I received my transfer did not have courses that would challenge me academically. While attending this school, I have made many friends of different levels of intellegence. One of my best friends is someone I never would've met if I hadn't attended this new school. She is a major part of my life and I don't want to lose her. She has helped me through some of the roughest times in my life thus far. Lately, we've been arguing and not getting along very well, but we still manage to stay friends. I really don't want to lose her. Right now, I get to see her quite frequently because we are at the same school, but next year, I'm afraid I won't be able to have this oppurtunity. She will be going to SHS and I will most likely have to go to LHS. I can most likely get another transfer, but this would majorly upset my dad because almost our entire family for the past four generations has gone to LHS. I was tlaking to my mom about it and she said my dad was really upset. Now I don't want my dad to be upset if I go to SHS but I don't want to lose my friend if I go to LHS. The only time I would be able to see her would be on weekends and at church events. She's been here for me for the past 2 years and I'm really sick of having to lose my best friend every couple of years. The people I would be attending school with at LHS are people I was friends with K-3rd grade, but I haven't seen them in almost 6 years and that is a really long time. I don't even know if they'd recognize me. I'm really lost and I just don't know what to do. I would really appreciate each and every one of your opinions and I will rate high even if you attempt to help me. Thank-you in advance! ~Brit

This is one of those questions that you have a few options to. So here it goes.
1. Tell your family it would mean alot to transfer to her school. However, you have to think about if you WOULD remain friends even if you transferred.
2. Go to the school you were planning on going to (without her). Sometimes friends become enemies if they spend too much time together (believe me, its possible). A couple of phone calls, some hanging out on the weekend and some church events seem like enough to remain friends.

She's a good friend of mine, and today she got in deep trouble with our Health teacher because she gave answers to someone else, and hes failing her for the marking period with a 50. Q: im a 15 year old girl, and there is this hot senior guy that i have a big crush on. he has all the characteristcs i look for in a guy, and i have been in love with him for a long time. ive asked him to the dance, and he said yes. however, he gives me a lot of mixed signals, saying that underclassmen and senior relationships are bad, while also saying that he would love to go to the dance with me and that he would have a hella good time with me. how do i know for sure if hes interested in me or not?

I think he is just trying to use you. He even said relationships are bad, and he would have a "good" time with you. Put the pieces together yourself and don't date him. Besta Luck

Q: my friends and are going out for a nite in the town and i like one of my friends a guy and he knows what should i do?! i know flirt but should i do anything special maybe ask for a goodnite kiss?! suggestions please!!

I think you should take it easy. Just act like yourself, because if he does like you, he likes you for who you were. Don't try to change and act all wierd and flirty just because he knows. I don't think you should trust everything they say online. And I would never talk to him in real life. What if he turns out to be a rapist, molester, killer etc. etc. You can't really trust anyone you meet on those "chat sites". Besta Luck

Q: my best friends sit next to each other in social studies and english and they've been cheating on each other and nnow my whole class is cheating except for me and a few other people... and i don't know if i should tell some one because i want them to stop... because i don't want them to get caught and i just want them to be ok and stuff so what should i do?

I think that you should either let it go, since the teacher will eventually realize what is happening, or you could talk to them. If you don't want them to find out you told on them, tell the teacher after class or something and tell her not to tell it was you. Best of Luck!

Q: I have known my best freind for about 4 years, and we are super close we never used to fight and always agreeded on things. Now I feel like shes leaving me out purposley, and I feel like I wait all day for her to call to do somthing, and I'll do whatever she wants as long as i want to also. You are not being oversensitive...but is she really leaving you out, or do you just feel like she is? If you know she is, just talk to her about it without fighting

You could always call his college and ask for the information on him. Normally they could give you some information.

You should never spray your face (at least I dont think so) there is a big chance it could get into your eyes. There are also those obvious places you shouldn't tan. There should be directions somewhere with the gun. Besta Luck!

You should talk to your mom about it. You may be anorexic. But it does depend on your height/body mass. Go to your doctor and check, don't just listen to what people have to say about you. Besta Luck!

Damn, thats alotta bad stuff happenin in a few days. The best way to try and hold on is to talk about it with people. Try going to a family member or a close friend. Tell your cousin off, she seriously needs to stop. Besta Luck

Toothepaste. Na, but I would say Clean and Clear, that helps alot. (Toothpaste works too)

I think maybe you should help her out. Maybe just ask him if he is going out with anyone. Its kinda simple, but she could always ask him. If he says no, she will find out, if he saids yes, they could go out.
