And, I've had a history of guys coming up to me (or having they're friends tell me) And saying they like me. For some girls, this is the best thing in the world, for me, it scares me to death, but I don't know why, am I just afriad of commitment?

I feel the same way sometimes. I think alot of girls do. You might be afraid of commitment, or you might just be nervous when it comes to guys sometimes. Either way, when it happens, just take a deep breath and clear your head. It's all up to you. You don't have to be in a committed relationship or even in a relationship at all. It's totally up to you, and once you realize that, you might not be so scared. Hope I helped!

Lunges are great! Also, running is one of the best things you can to do shape up your legs! You can try going to the local YMCA and using the bicycles, they really work out your legs too. And try checking out toneteen.com for some good exersise tips. Hope I helped!

She has no reason at all to be mad, unless you're bragging about it or rubbing it in her face, which I assume you aren't. Make sure you aren't doing it sub-consiously, then try and talk to her. If she doesn't respond very well, let it go for a little while, she'll eventually come to her senses. But don't just totally ignore her, that may be perceived as a I'm-better-than-you-because-I-got-the-lead-part kinda thing. Good luck, and congradulations on getting the lead in the play!

You've just gotta know that if you are yourself, and they don't like you, it's their loss not yours. Just tell yourself one day that you're done with being shy and scared to talk to the guys you like, it may be hard but after awhile it will become natural. As for exactly how to flirt, it's kinda hard to say because everyone has their own style and everything, but just laugh (not too much) and smile, smile, SMILE! Also, don't just ask about him and don't just talk about yourself. Find a balance between the two. Also, look into their eyes when they're talking, but not too much or it may seem like you're staring, but not so little that it seems like you're self-consious. Flirting is kind of like finding a balance between too little and too much, just try stuff out and see if it works. And obviously, it's different for different guys too. But NEVER pretend to be something you're not, guys might end up liking you for things you said you liked but lied about, and it's never fun for anyone to find out they've been lied too. Well, you've gotta flirt and find out who likes you and who you have connections with. Then, eventually if they are feeling it too, they'll ask you out, or you can ask them out. You can't really just go out one day and think, "I'm going to find love today." It just happens. As for your first kiss, don't rush it. It will happen when the time is ready. Hope I helped!

Hi.
If I don't wash my hair every night then my hair gets and looks so oily.I usually do wash my hair everynight but every once in a while i don't have time. Does anyone know any products that i could use to make my hair less oily or anything i can use so it doesnt look oily....please.

Try using a clarifying shampoo, it'll help get out all the oilies. Pantene makes a good one! Also, try not to use too many hair products, that might be the cause also. Hope I helped!

When I started Junior High, I noticed this guy and he seemed pretty cool. At first I kind of thought he was weird because of the way he looked (long hair,converse high-tops..etc) but then I got to know him and sort of developed a crush on him. By the end of 7th grade I became OBSESSED and one night with a box cutter, I just carved his name into my arm. He never noticed. It seemed like he had a crush on me too for a while, he would call me things like "cutie" and "sweetie" . The beginning of the year he seemed like he liked me still, and I hadn't told him about my scar. I needed to get it off my chest, so I told my friend who has him 6th period to tell him and she did. After school he looked scared and luckily he didn't see me. The next few days he would look at me and the stare at the ground. He supposedly said he "hated me" because I carved his name into my arm. It doesn't make sense, how could he change his feelings that quickly? Now he thinks I'm this weirdo. What should I do? I still have major feelings for him, even though I don't show it. Well I have a question that I think you could help me with. I am 13 year old girl and as you can tell if you are my age the 7th and 8th grade go in groups. I have some friends who are really nice girls, but last year we faught so much. Well anyways when I came to the school in third grade {catholic school pre-8th}. I made a pact with a couple of friends that I would do as much as I could to make everyone hate me! I know it sounds stupid, but they are doing the same thing. Well, I am tired of lieing to them. Hm, tough sitch. I think you should talk to your friends about it, tell them you're sick of pretending to be someone that you're not. If their good friends, they'll understand. But I would call them so when you come to school acting like yourself tomorrow, there won't be a huge scene of, "Why are you acting so nice? WE HAVE A PACT!" But I'd say, after you explain yourself to them, then you can go on and be your true seld. No one should have to hide who they really are. Hope I helped!

I'd try trimming it as short as you can first, then using a good amount of shaving cream to cushion it, and trying again.

Talk to him. Tell him you feel kind of uncomfortable with him going around telling everyone about it, even though you don't mind doing it. Hopefully he'll understand.

Well, you cannot try and break them up, because she's your best friend. You know what they always say, chicks before dicks. Anyways, you've gotta figure out if you truly like him again, or if you're just a bit jealous he's got someone new now. If you really do like him, after him and your BFF break up, talk to her and see if she's alright with you liking him. If you are just jealous, try and find something else to occupy your time with.
