Well, you've gotta flirt and find out who likes you and who you have connections with. Then, eventually if they are feeling it too, they'll ask you out, or you can ask them out. You can't really just go out one day and think, "I'm going to find love today." It just happens. As for your first kiss, don't rush it. It will happen when the time is ready. Hope I helped!
