My name is Devin Lindsey or Vinny as my sister calls me! I am 17 years old and go to Bethel Park High school. I loooove swimming along with dancing, singing, and playing softball. I also run varsity track with is alright i supose too.


My favorite colors are orange, pink, and blue. I love to be crazy and have a good time

I've had a job working for 15+ monthes so I can answer alot about that

and I know alot about relationships in general so I can be helpful with that sometimes

especially with parent child relationships


I am a very observant person and tend to know more and care about more than most my age


and I really believe in volunteering to help animals especially at shelters. Usually its not their fault that they have to live their and its usually horrible cercimstances that bring them there and I feel terrible that they can't speak for themselves and people are too caught up in spending like $500 on this cute little pure breed puppy from a breeder just into getting rich instead of giving one of these dogs another chance at life (there are usually a handful of dogs under a year old so the i want a puppy excuse doesn't work with me)

My baby is named Lainey Mae... we got her from a shelter about 2 hours away from us when she was 7 weeks old. she is now 2 years old and the center of our family. unfortunately someone was cruel enough to go down and drug up and shoot (but luckly not kill) most of the dogs plus rob the owner (just like someone did at the shelter where I volunteer) and its now shut down

I found black stuff on my tooth brush, that I keep in the shower. I use it ever night, and so I know it didn't just grow there. I had used it less that 24 hours before I saw the black stuff. Am I being poisoned, or is there anouther explanation?

i would thing its mold. it sounds like it. mold grows very fast. i would suggest throwing that tooth brush right away just to be safe and get a new one. also if you can dont keep it in the shower and if you have to get a case for it to keep it try when your not using it

Okay i have been trying to get music onto my pc,but it takes so long to download a tool to get the music.(Like kazza or limewire)I just want a website where i can download the song without downloading something else.Does anyone know a site like this?

I got Linseed Oil on one of my favorite shirts. The shirt is 95% cotton, 5% spandex. How can I get it out? Are there any stain removers that would help?

i heard that you can but a paper bag over your shirt then iron it and it should come off but ive never tried it myself

Okay.. I have played soccer and done dance for 11 years. The result= Realll muscular legs. I know that some people think it's good, but I hate it. Does anyone have any tips for slimming your legs down?

(i don't want to quit either and plus I cant!)

I'm thirteen and I want my navel pierced. My Grandparents [who were really strict with my Mom and her sister], are even okay with it. Both of my parents say that I'm too young. But my Dad doesn't live with me, so my Mom can still say yes. I asked her why she wouldn't let me get it done and she said 1] that she thinks if I got that done I would want my nipples done or something crazy like that. 2] she thinks I would walk around with belly shirts or something. I told her I'm not a whore like that and that I wouldn't do either of those. And my question to you is do you think I'm too young? And what do you think I should do to convince my Mom?

i think your at the border line of being old enough or too young. as long as your mature enough i would prob let you. just wait till your done growning so that you dont get a weird stretched out hole

Well i heard that you can get shampoos that straighten your hair in the shower.. i just want one that will make my waves less wavy, because i doubt they have one that will make your hair completely straight, so if anyone knows of any good straightener shampoos, can you tell me?? Also tell me where you got it. thanks

well i use straight and sleek by panteen and its good. none of those shampoos really straighten your hair well they just kinda make it shinier and easier to work with. you will prob never find one that makes your hair completely straight but they will help cut down on your straightening time

Hey i was wondering if any of you know a all around really good shampoo and conditioner.. i use brilliant brunette right now but i was wondering if theres like a better one maybe pantene the brunette expressions or garnier fructice or what... my hair is wavy i can curl or straighten it so yeah thanks! im looking for one to make it shiny and healthy and makes it just look good! 15 f

i really like using brunette expressions and straight and sleack by panteen. what i do to keep my hair looking better is swtich between 2 or 3 shampoos at one time. like i use my shampoo most of the time and everyonce and a while i use my moms(what ever kind doesnt matter) just to keep my hair from getting to used to a shampoo. also get your hair done more often. i find when i get my hair washed when i get it done it looks nicer just in general it just kinda refreshes my hair

is there any way to deal with baby hair i have alot and i dont know what to do about and it sucks.

i have side bangs and it seams to help hide them. also try wearing your hair down and long and layered to the face.

do most jobs.. (for example - target, any restaraunt, walgreens, menards, etc.) hire 15 year olds if they have a workers permit? bc im 15 and i really need a job.. that doesn't require you to work the fry machine..

well i no you can get a job at mcdonalds at the counter and stuff but you cant cook food at any of those places till your 16. also if your under 16 you need to get a new permit everytime you get a job and stuff

i babysit this little boy and i am not so good with cooking. any ideas for cooking for a little boy. he likes chocolate and milk and he also likes cheese, but i don't know what to make for him that he likes or will like. any ideas? i rate really high!

when i babysit i find it easiest to make stuff you can just throw in the microwave like chicken strips and hot dogs a stuff. also mac n cheese is really easy to make and you can even get the microwave stuff. kids just like simple stuff and you really dont even need to cook much. for lunch you can just make like a sandwich and chips or something.

At Cheerleading practice we have to run like a mile and a half without stopping and if we stop every1 has to run another lap around the football field (4 laps=1mile) I get so exhausted and i cant run that much i get to the point where i cant feel my legs and i cant breathe..i dont know y though i am a skinny person and im short and very atheletic ..i just cant run for a long time!...i need help on ways to make me run better/ longer..thanks!...I rate!!!!!!

the only real good way is to keep getting better is just to run more. try running around your block every morning or something to build up your endurance. also drink alot of water before you but not so much that you get a cramp from it

i wouldnt give him any candy inless his parents say ok first. most kids like those gummy shape things and gummy snacks those are more healthy then candy. alot of kids like pieces of gum and shuold be ok with it as long as you watch him. you can also try like m&ms and stuff. just make sure you ask his parents first! also try dum dums too

yeah conair stinks thats what i used to have. try helen of troy its amazing. its only about $25. it straightens any kind of hair perfectly straight really fast. in only takes 60 sec. to heat up too!

helen of troy omg its the most amazing straightener in the world. i have the gold series one. they are only like $25 and they are so good. it even works perfect on my friend with extremely curly hair with no problem. just dont get anything conair!

I'm thinking of getting side bangs. I have a small forehead and just below shoulder length hair. I'm not sure but i think i was going to get them the length so the reach about three quarters up my cheeks (level with my nostrals). Would this work with me and do you think side bangs are just a fad?

ok well i have side bangs and i have 1 thing to warn you about them. ive had them for about a year and i straighten my hair everyday and usually then get trimmed about as often as i get my hair cut but now from straightening my hair they need cut like every 2 weeks which is making them shorter and shorter. like they used to be as long as you are getting them and now they are like at my eye. i think they look cute on like everyone but i just wanted to tell you that

I've always dreaded the first day of school just because I don't deal with change very well. I know that it's not as bad as I think it'll be, it's always fine. But I still get panic attacks and get really sick the night before and that morning. Any advice on how I can overcome this?

i have the same kinda feelings. what i do is just try to drink water and slow myself down and try to get it off my mind. it also helps to do something real tiring the day before so that your so tired that you dont wake up at in the night and sleep in a deeper sleep

I just got my earlobes pierced for the 3rd time. The last two times failed because after a week or so of my newly pierced ears, they would always swell up and get infected. It would hurt and itch! Now, I got them re-done at Claire's and now my ears have formed a rash around the earring. I'm cleaning them everyday but they're still itchy! It's red and gross..I don't know what to do! It's my 3rd time..please help and is this normal?

your probaly allergic to the earings they are using. try going somewhere else and getting them re done or see if they will change them for you into dif. ear piercing earings. like i no all the earings they have at claires that they pierce your ears with are the same kind but if you go to like piercing pagota they have 3 or 4 dif kinds of material(gold, silver ect)

ok well createblog.com teaches you and some xanga layout sites have a thing on it that teaches you. you dont need any programs but they always help like i use print shop pro. you will prb need a photobucket.com account.
