i'm a sophmore and i'm probably transferring schools next year. but, this year, i have to go to the open house/take enterence exam, etc. but, the thing is, it's the rivalry school of the school i am in now..... i don' t think the people in the other school are as mean or will treat me bad because of it. but, this is my oppertunity to start over. and everyone will know me because they are both private schools. but, i'm just looking for tips to make new friends and fit in and stuff

Well, When I moved to my new school it was very hard for me to make new friends. The best advice I can give you, is be yourself and be nice. No one likes a witch. Be friendly, go up to people in your class and just introduce yourself. Just be confident, and you will make friends in no time. Hope I helped :]

WEll, If he wants to 'expirence' so much things without you, then obviously he dosent want to be with you just yet. Why not expirence these things with you? Although saying, "ok fine" wasnt the best thing to say. We can still fix this. Call him up or meet him in person and see what all he wants to 'expirence.' If you dont like these answers, explain to him that you dont, and why you dont. Dont just say, I dont like that, then leave. Say I dont like that because... what ever your reason might be. My yellow lab is a year old and seems to be agressive to new people who come to the house. She looks out the window at people or other dogs who walk by and growls and barks with hair raised on her back.
She has also tore up two expensive throw rugs within a week. We are not home at the time. We have to keep putting her back in her kennel when we leave.
I had a chocolate lab before and she was nothing like our yellow lab.
I have twin daughters, six, I'm afraid she might bite someone one day. She loves the girls but too agressive.
I have thought about giving her away.
Well, I have a black lab, and she tends to bark at things and have her hair raised on her back when she does this. She might just be afraid that something is going to harm your twins. These dogs can get very attached to their owners with the right loving. Were the throw rugs in the shape of any animal or made of any animal fur that might have a certian scent to it?
When your dog gets aggressive, do you show her its wrong? Do you say things like , NO or BAD DOG? These simple words will work if used enough. Labs are very easy to train, so this shouldnt take more than a month or so. If the problem persists, try taking her to the Vet. They will run tests on her, and see what this aggressive behavior is coming from. Hope I helped :]

OK, well, I've always had a problem getting soft contacts in...i could put the hard ones in because they're small...since i want to get day and night contacts and i want to get contacts im sick of glasses//taking them in and out every day does anyone have any like techniques for putting them in? thank you!
Well, If you are looking for a way to put your contacts in, then it is this simple.
1. Open your eye wide with your fingers.
2. Get the contact on your fingers.
3. When you are ready to put the contact in, look at something in the room, say a place on the wall. That way the contact wont be put DIRECTLY on your pupil. This hurts a lot less for some people. Hope I have helped :]

WEll I have expirenced that only flavored is better. Then your guy can taste your lips. If its un-flavored, then its practically no use. It just gets all over your mouth and such. I have also found out that licking on a lolly pop a couple minuites before you kiss/make out puts the flavor in your mouth, then they can really taste it. This also works with little jolly ranchers. ive kissed/made out before, but when frenching, it says you have to swallow because spit builds up.

Okay, theres this guy, that i talk to on myspace, and we go to school togeather, and i talk to him there to.

Ok, I feel the same way. I would always be with my friends who were prettier than me or skinnier than me, and I would wish so much to be like them. But I came to find out that people thought I was really pretty. It was jut myself feeling insecure about myself. After I started feeling better for myself, I actually had a few guys start liking me. [I am dating one of them now :]]
Dont worrie about the guy you like. He does have a girlfriend, but chances are, that 16 year old guys dont stay in too long of a relationship. But Do NOT try to break them up, this will only lead to the guy hating you for trying to mess up his life.
Its totally common to have your cousin as one of your closest friends. I am actually at my cousin's house right now. I love her dearly, but I do have other friends. You should try to get to know some of the people at your school when its starts back. Try to make friends with people who are in most of your classes first. That way, you will have someone to hang out with alot. Make sure they like what you like also, becuase if not, you all will probably not have alot in common. Yet again, opposites attract. Anyhoo, just find someone that you think would be a nice and loyal friend.

Ermm.... I'm a 15 year old girl, and when I was 10 my grandma gave me this teddy bear for my birthday. It's very cute, with brownish fur, and little button eyes. And it has a green vest. My brother has been acting kind of odd lately...
... he thinks that he's a rubber ducky, according to him. When we call him Tom (which is his name) he says "No, Duckie!". My parents think it's just a stage, but he's ten, and I think he should know better...
He won't let anyone in his bedroom, but his rubber duckies, and won't talk to anyone but them. He also won't eat our food, only bread crumbs. I'm really concerned about this, as mental problems tend to run in our family....

I was asking myself that same question about two years ago. The answer is called discharge. It is normal in teen girls that are about to start their period. If you have this, dosent mean you are going to start in the next day or so. I discharged for a while before I started my period. But it is totally normal and you dont have to worrie about it. I went out with this one guy for like, a year and a half, and never even kissed him. I just always thought of him as a.."oh were dating, but i dont want to "date him", kinda thing.
