How long would it take to gain about 30-45 ponds? I eat fruits and fatty foods but weigh about 110 or something close? Don't tell me "oh you don't need to gain weight" I just need a straight forward answer. (link)

OKAY. here is my edited answer! lol
deffiently eat lots of protein keep about 30-35 grams of protein a day. that means lots of meat. but since your are a girl. you shoudl eat soem steak too because girls need to keep about a 15% body fat. and you need alot of iron to keep that weight on. make sure you eat lots of breads! the better the bread the better the weight will stick. sure you can eat some donuts and cake and soda and stuff but that is not going to just make you gain weight... and also that weight will fall off so easy if you cut down how much you eat. but like i said before. keep eating some veggies and stuff. (because your a girl make sure you get enough fats in your diet AND IRON!!.. so that means fish, beef, chicken, turkey, hams, bacon, eggs, salads) i hope it helps!

disney land/world. yellow stone!! it iwll snow and be waarm there. hot springs in montana are FANTASTIC. i like out doors stuff myself.. so if your into that that would work out well? i hope those maybe give you some ideas. im not sure where you live or i would try to think of some in that area.

my firends mothers brithdya is today. they celebrate it on the 28th. because when she wakes up she will be a year older anyways. does that explain it? they still get older. just their brith DAY is skipped. so yeah. i hope that helps.

I'm 16 and a sophomore in high school. I know I have tons of time and everything, I just really want to figure out what I want to do as a career. I don't want to go into college having no idea what I'm going to do with the rest of my life.
I want a career where I could help people. I really want to go into social work, but they don't make much. The average is about $40,000 a year, plus you need a masters in social work, so that's about 6 years in college, and making that kind of money, it's not totally worth it. Plus, it's extremely heart breaking. But social work isn't totally out of the picture.
I've also thought about becoming a nurse. I'm not too good at science and math. Do you have to be really good at those to become a good, successful nurse?
I've tried searching for careers like social work, but haven't come up with anything.
I do pretty well in school. I get about a 3.6. I'm not really good in any subject, but I'm not horrible in any, either.
I don't have to have a career that helps people like social work and nursing Those are the only ones I can think of that I'd possibly like. I would just prefer a job that does, especially helping kids. I'd prefer not to work with the elderly. If you have any ideas at all, it would be greatly appreciated!! :)

im working on becoming a nurse now. you know what math class they gave us?? add and subtract decimals and fractions and how to convert measurements and stuff. and you knwo what. you use it alll the time so you dotn forget it. science is just anatomy and physiology.. so you need to udnerstand the body and what happens and why it happens.. they will give you classes like chemistry and biology, just study and you will be fine!.. you should think about becoming a special teacher like for austism. they actually make pretty good money in most states.

I just started Yaz on Sunday night, and, I've been getting really bad hot flashes, and I'm sweating and feeling sick. I looked it up, and I think those are normal side effects, but, can anyone who's taken Yaz tell me for sure? And, if they are, how long will they last? It's driving me insane, because it's winter and cold, yet I feel like I'm going to pass out from being hot and nauseous. Thanks! (link)

GOD!!!! I KNWO WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT!! i went to my gyno on friday and was like DUDE WHATS THE DEAL!!! im practially falling over dying from heat and im pitting out my shirts and everywhere. and i got reaaaallly dizzy and pukey feeling and bad headaches. i have now been on it for two months and a week. it pretty much goes away after a month. the hot flashes get alot less frequent and they arent so severe. dizzy went away and the puking went away. i hope that helped. deffiently talk withy our doctor the next time even if they go away they should make a note of it because alot of medicines have the same side effects so they can watch you in the future. good luck and keep with ti cause i swear it gets better

where i live its banned in every building and otuside of every building. i see it as a bit..... harsh. but i think that smoking is bad. and secodn hand smoke is bad. i feel for the workers in resturants and stuff... but the whole 25 feet away from the entrence of nay building (like the law is here) is kinda....... irrational. i knwo they have reasons.. but. eh.. just odd i guess. i hope that made sense haha

guys tell me it takes a huge load off if you ask them out. just dont go desperate. thats what girls seem to think asking a guy out is.. but they dotn seem to agree. it can be alot of presure.. i mianly believe it depends on the guy tradtional guys probably think they should. laid back chill guys probbaly think its cool. but it can go either way. i hope this helps.

Okay, well.. let's see I've liked this guy since the beginning of the year.. and it's the first year that i've known him for. And well my friend decides to tell him something that I don't know. So later on today, he asked one of my good friends heres a lay out of what he asked the convo between them:
The guy I like : Hey , you know Betty right? Your good friends with her right?
My friend: Oh yeah why?
The guy I like : Well.. because I heard that she likes me? someone said that she likes me..? Is it true?
My friend: Ohh uhmm.. I don't know.. I don't think so?
The guy I like : Oh.. alright.
And then they went on about some other thing about the project we were doing.. and he always looks at me we do the whole '' when I look at him and he turns to look at me I turn around like I wasn't looking at him and he does the whole same thing'' And we havne't really talked either.. like we have so much in common but never really gotten the chance to talk to him. For example we would be in class filling out some thing that we had to go around to everyone in the room and we looked at eachother and then went seperate ways..

yes you can make it worse.. there are different kinds. when i had it i gave it back to msyelf because i didnt know i had it (i didnt change my tooth brush). but if you want to keep kissing him then do it. all i would advise is that you make sure you eat well just to keep your immunse system as healthy as possible while you still have it. good luck with that i hope i helped.

GO to the doctor. you should not wait more than 3 months. ask about PCOS and thyroid issues. weight can have an effect on it. over weight or underweight... either way go to the doctor! they need to get a blood pannel on you and figure out why your not having your period. make an appointment as soon as possible. i really hope you do. and i hope this helps.

My question is simply this. Me and my boyfriend have been sexually active for a few months now and every time he seems eager during foreplay to either 'go down on me' or make sure I'm satisfied in whatever way before him. I have no problem with this, I've come to a point where I'm assured with home much I love him and also I've beconme comfortable with him in every respect, so my question is simply, he practically begs every time we're alone together in the house, if he can do it to me before I do it to him. Well, of course he never says no to me pleauring him first but always seems very eager to give oral sex. I was wondering, I know guys say they like it even though they don't enjoy it necessarily because it gives pleasure to the girl. Is this true, or do some of you actually enjoy the experience? Why else would he want to do it so much? XD. This may sound stupid. Sorry. So i wear black eyeliner, liquid on top and black pencil on bottom.
I cant have the liquid one on bottom.. because .. it just doesnt work; idk it keeps coming off.
BUUUTTT anyhways, on my bottom of my eye, my black eyeliner eventually smears.
Like for example, it would look awesome in the morning but then later on in the day it would smear sooo bad i would end up looking like a racoon!

well i had that problem. i got it off with like eye cover up. it would rub off. and then i would put more on... if your into using water proof/smear proof find soem from revlon. they are great. thats what i used when i got sick of that. but you gotta clean it off before or after you take a shower or wash your face cause it doesnt coem off completly. there are other brands that make smear proof but i onyl know that revlon makes great stuff. so i hope that that helps

I smoke marijuana and cigarettes, and I'm about to get on birth control.
I know that smoking on birth control is bad, and it increases risks of heart attack, I'm 16 years old btw. I was just wondering does it change the effectiveness of birth control. Like will it not work as well if I smoke while I'm on it. (link)

Well. now your going to get mixed answers. my doctor told me that the nictine reduces the estrogen in your body. and since the birthcontorl is hormones it makes it less effective. she gave me more statistics and big words.. but thats what she told me. so.. i guess if your going to smoke your just going to take more risks all around.

Why is it that some fellow advicenators tell young girls and boys it is okay to have sex or do other sexual acts "if they feel that they are ready" when they know that it is wrong. I believe they are just looking to get good ratings, do you agree? I'd much rather tell them the truth, that they are TOO YOUNG and have NO IDEA of potential consequences BESIDES pregnancy and get a lower rating than tell them it's okay. Am I the only one?
I suppose this can be seen as purely subjective, but is there anyone out there at or about my age (20) who thinks it's ok for 12 year olds to go around having oral sex and/or intercourse?

i dont think that its okay for young kids to be having sex. it kinda disturbs me. but i still feel that if they are going to do it, that they should be comfortable with talking about it so that they are comfortable talking about it with whoever they will be doing it with. so they can go see a doctor or talk to a parent and to make sure they are not being taken advantage of... and this is a site for advice not opinions on weither what they are doing is right or wrong. they will do it weither or not some stranger says "im not going to tell you the safe way to do it because its wrong!"... so im one of the people that will give advice on having better communication and knowldge before they do it but i wont tell them i dont have sex and i am now abstenent.. i will just tell them the best advice i have to give.
