I am 4'9" and I weigh 93 pounds... I have very muscular legs and arms,(i dont mean to brag but i am telling the truth so i will get good advice) but my stomach is a little poochy. I haven't gone through "puberty" yet, and i know that I will get taller and thin out a little bit, but for now, what are some ideas to lose the pooch? (plus inner thighs, and lateral obliques) Thanks!

Okay so i've liked this guy for 2 yrs. now, and i'm going to be a freshman, and he's a senior. Now, my mom went out with his dad, and they were in love, but i guess things didn't work out in the end. So no we both live in the same town, and i met him playin basketball. We started to talk online, but in person, things didn't go well. He would look at me nod and smile, but things never got farther then that. But online, he would tell me how he thought i was hott, and how we should go out when i got to HS. Then towards the middle of this year things went downhill. We started fighting like crazy, and now he like completly hates me. IDK what to do, he would get jealous over other guys and shit, but it wasn't even like i was doing stuff with anyone else. I've never hooked up with a guy, and he knows that. He used to think that it was fine, but now it's some big deal, so i just told him that i did hook up with a guy. He wants me to give him head, and i'm not sure about it. But i realllly like him. I just want to know what i can do, to make him want me back? because i really want things to work, before school starts. So that leaves me a month ... PLEASE HELP !

Tell him the truth..tell him how you didn't hook up w/ another guy and how you still have really strong feelings for him..He'll get it and then maybe he'll want you back..I hope I helped..GOOD LUCK WITH HIM!!!

my family hates me but my friesn family treats me liek im their daughter they feed em take me places im over there everyday i spend teh nite there even when my friesn not home and everything what shood i do tho cuz its so depressign saying that ur freids parents are basically ur parestn and its sad to think that my parents cant ever be liek them i eman her dad even gives me adive adn tells me to watch out on waht boys i date and everyting im confused

I know a lot of people that have that problem too.I think you should talk to your parents about how you don't even feel like they are your parents..tell them how you have more emotions for your friends parents then your real ones..and thats not right..I hope everything works out...I'd love to hear about how everything turns out too...GOOD LUCK!!

im movin to boston, and wat r ways to meet girls and guys. im in some activities, but those r mostly guy things like football and lacrosse. how can i meet some girls?

please give me a list of ways to lose weight FAST! i need to lose alot by august 30th. and keep in mind i am 14 and i WILL NOT get lypo. i will rate!

You can go on a low carb diet...my aunt went on it and w/ out exercise or anything she lost 14 lbs...(all water weight tho)Just check what you eat..make sure you have no more than 25 carbs a day.NO SODA! If you exercise im sure you'll lose a lot too.I hope I helped...GOOD LUCK!!

You should definetely not do that..its way un-healthy...you could die from that.Just eat healthy (but do eat) and exercise..GOOD LUCK!

i dont live with my dad.my dad is mad at me.I dont want anything to do with him anymore. his friend tim from highschool is his best friend. and he is afraid to stick up 4 me. heres the story.... tims daughter (chelsey) and i have known eachother for 12 years.. just recently, we got in a BAD HUGE FIGHT. bad language was involved. and i got blamed for everything that we both said. and i told my dad its not fair that i have to get punished 4 somehting we both did. so he said he was gonna do something to me. so i refused to go with him. and my mom is stickin up 4 me.she is the only one i have. and like 3 days ago i got a call from my dad. he was tellin me i got grounded and i didnt. he told me to stay off the internet. he also asked y i said i hated chelsey and didnt want to be her friend any more. and i said i hate chelsey cuz the things she does to me. and i also told him i didnt want anything to do with him and he got mad at me and called me names. he also said im never welcome in his house anymore. he told me he would get me someday and hurt my mom.. what should i do? i have no clue. i dont want anyhting to do with my dad he gets into trouble with the law and i dont want anything to do with that or him. i think he hates me and i dont trust him anymore.. what should i do? this girl chelsey has also been tryin to be my friend but i dont want to be friends with her. she is also telling everyone she hates me and all her other friends filled my hole. now i hate her. im so confused and my dad makes my life miserable!!! help me please!
