Awkward Silence
Theres this guy and he likes me and I like him..he's coming over to hang out two days from now and hes gonna ask me out...I just wanted to hang out first..but anyways whenever we talk online we have all these pauses...are there any solid topics that could keep a conversation going for more then 2 minutes? I'm scared we'll have nothing to talk about and stuff when he comes over!!!!

sometimes its easier to talk to people in person rather than on the phone or online... i really dont like talkin to people on the phone... but i go on and on when i talk to people in person... just relax and he urself... im sure you'll have plenty to talk about

if its the guy you like, it should be anything but awkward. Dont say anything embarassing and stay off the topic of old boyfriends or his old girlfriends. If you have nothing to say just say sooo like really cheerily and in that time something will pop up in one of your heads. As for conversations, ask him anything. Be like so who do you listen to and show him your C.D.S... talk about his hair be like have you ever spiked it have u ever this just talk about ANYTHING avoid embarassing or gross topics that could lead to realy awkward silences... other than that let it all flow out.

My friend had a guy over she liked once, and she was afraid there was going to be akward silence, but there wasn't! They hang out all the time now too. I'm sure when he gets there you'll know what to talk about and stuff! Don't stress about it though!

i know how you feel! i hate awkward silences!! lol but what i do that usually works is before the guy comes over i think of things to say and exacly how i say it so i dont make myself look stupid! lol. but its kind of hard to tel you what to talk about with someone who i know nothing about you kno? but think about his interests and what hes into and then spark a conversation about it! humor is always nice! xox Emily {rate me}

akward silences r awful but if u feel one coming try asking him a question about his interests or his past or something and branch off that. or tell him about somehting u like and see if he branches off it u kno. just talk about each other and u should be pretty good.

Well first think of stuff to talk about..If you don't say so what do u wanan talk bout or sumthin..Talk about funny things or scary or sad...As long as its sumthin it will work
