I need your help deciding what the ideal menu for a public dinner would be.
Not knowing what would be the best dishes to serve is making this an impossible task.
If you will tell me your favorite foods, or point me to your favorite recipes, it would really help a lot.
You can list as many things as you like. They don't have to be fancy things at all. I am all about the comfort food baby! :)
This will be a mixed group of people so I would like to have something for everyone.

you can start off with a simple salad and toasted bread/rolls. then, for the main course probably meat/chicken, potato of some form, and maybe green beans or another veggie. and then for dessert, you might want to go with a cheesecake, chocolate cake, and vanilla ice cream. good luck!
What is more accurate? The way you see yourself in the mirror or a picture? When I look in the mirror or see myself in a video, I look a lot different than I do in a regular picture. Why is it like that? Any ideas? Thanks!
i think that the mirror is more accurate. you know how when you take a picture with your camera, and it turns out completely dark or really bright? it distorts your image a little bit. but with a mirror, you see yourself in the exact same light you're standing in. however, and i think this is kind of weird, you are backwards in a mirror. one of my friends has a mole under her left eye, but of course when she looks in the mirror, it is under a different eye. that doesn't really make a difference with how you actually look, but i just wanted to throw that out there.
how do you make a strawberry banana smoothie? like steps to make it and what makes it taste bette than jus ice, water, strawberries and bananas.
i normally use like 1 banana, a handful of strawberries, milk, and ice or sometimes ice cream, depending on what you feel like. i'd use milk instead of water, unless you're lactose intolerant. foodtv.com should have some recipes for stuff like that.
maybe about a month ago, my stupid hair cutter cut my hair two inches off more then i wanted. I suppose i wasn't clear enough on what i wanted or something. i think the only thing that might affect your hair growth is if you take vitamins every day. some people have naturally fast growing hair, so hope that you're one of those people. the average person's hair grows half an inch a month, but it may differ for you. other than that, you'll just have to wait until it grows out.

yes, it's possible, but incredibly unlikely unless you like go to the public pool and drink all the water in it. basically what happens is that the water overloads your body, and your cells begin to lyse- they explode. but you would seriously have to drink a whole lot of water. water is great for you, and 8 cups a day is great for you, but 5 gallons a day is definitely not great for you.

Sorry for asking this question, we get a lot of these and they are annoying. However, I have tried everything.
There is this song that I heard in like October on the radio. It is an older song, from the 90's. It is a female singer, and I believe (not positive) it was featured on one of those 90's drama shows (Like Felicity or Dawson's Creek). I have no idea what the words are, but the singer sings "na na na na na na na" in a melody quite frequently. The song is slower, and its the same type of song as Breathe by Anna Nalick or Built This Way by Samantha Ronson.

what is the point of wearing a wife beater under your shirt?
i'm a girl, and i wear a wife beater or tank top under my shirt when i'm wearing sort of a thin or see-through shirt. i have this one light pink shirt that is almost completely see though, so i wear a white wife beater under it. guys wear them as under shirts. i also wear them over swimsuits sometimes when i'm on vacation.
we're learning about africa and how so many people have aids and are dieing of it and i was wondering do people mainly die of aids because of unprotected sex or what?
not only that, but if a mother has aids her child may be born with it too. and there's really no way to completely prevent it over there. so it keeps spreading. since they don't really have things as good as we do, like they don't always have clean medical instruments or clean water, diseases are more common. so ultimately, it can be because of unprotected sex, but it is spread in other ways too. before people really knew how to test blood for aids, some blood transfusions contained aids infected blood. i think this was in the 70s or 80s, but i'm not positive.

here's what will really help your stomach and thighs problem... you need to stretch your quads before and after you exercise (especially running). if you don't know what your quads are, that's basically the top of your thighs. and you stretch them by bending your leg at the knee while standing, and then bringing your foot up to your butt while holding your foot. i'm sure you know what i'm talking about. anyway, running and situps and crunches will help your stomach, and if you start stretching your quads, they will not be as big.

no, at least you can probably come up with good class sayings. i'm 2010. we are pretty much at a loss for what to say. for now, we say, "2010... what then!" which is pretty dumb. but i love my class. you will like school better if you make yourself like your class and the people you're with until you graduate.

i love universal! it's definitely better than magic kingdom. if you love roller coasters, go to the islands of adventure part of universal. if you don't, then go to the other part of universal (forgot what it's called). i absolutely love it, and everybody else i've talked to about it loves it as well. if you're in orlando for a vacation and have an extra day, that's a great place to go. also, they have fast passes there so if you don't like to wait in lines you can always skip to the front.
ok sorry this is gonna be somewhat long ok this year im going on a vaction with my family like one of the all inclusive resorts in tthe caribbean and the drinking age down there is 18 ok im 15/f and i could probley easily pass as 18 bc im really tall for my age and i have the body of an 18 year old if you catch my drift. what would happen if they didddd serve me alchol and thenn like i got caught or something , could i get in like in trouble like not by my parents bc i dont think they'd care that muchh
probably nothing bad will happen with the law. if anybody does find out, all you would get is a mean look or something. bars are pretty lax in the carribbean, meaning that anybody can get a drink. when my sister was 15 and my brother was 18 they both got completely smashed and nobody said anything to them... except for my parents, of course. but make sure that the bar you're at doesn't check ids... hang around and watch other people order drinks to make sure.
