grow long hair?

Question Posted Sunday May 13 2007, 10:41 am

maybe about a month ago, my stupid hair cutter cut my hair two inches off more then i wanted. I suppose i wasn't clear enough on what i wanted or something. Anyways, so now my hair is just above my shoulders. Is there any type of food that will make my hair grow faster? && I heard bread crust will make it grow, is that true? Thanks :]

I don't think there are any proven foods that make your hair grow, although a lot of vegetables supposedly make your hair stronger which makes it grow faster. Prenatal vitamins may make your hair grow a little faster than normal; they will also make it glossier, your skin dewier, and your nails stronger. You can pick some up at a drugstore. They don't cost that much and they help you stay healthy also.

Hope they help!!

There's no food that can make your hair grow faster. Be patient...your hair grows like...0.00000000024 inches everyday. MY hair is super long...like.near my belly button?

i think the only thing that might affect your hair growth is if you take vitamins every day. some people have naturally fast growing hair, so hope that you're one of those people. the average person's hair grows half an inch a month, but it may differ for you. other than that, you'll just have to wait until it grows out.

Haha, I don't know if that's true or if this is true: onions and scallions. Haha, I don't know. just take good care of your hair and you should be fine...
