Do uphill runs, or just sprint up stairs. Those exercises work your whole thighs a lot. If you want to work your abs, just try doing situps in every possible position you can think of, and you'll work all your stomach muscles.

Don't worry about it. A lot of people have never kissed a boy before. If you're really worried about it, you should get a nice boyfriend whose also never kissed anyone before, that way the two of you can practice with eachother. I really don't think that kissing is such a big deal because if you find a great bf, he shouldn't care how much experience you have, and help you practice.

alright this is kinda confusing..so i like this guy and hes been pretty busy the last couple of weeks, i havent seen him for 3 weeks straight and im just getting soo pissed that he can hangout with his friends 3 days in a row, and not even make an effort to hangout with me or anything, so i told him to just not talk to me until he has time for me, and so far, he hasnt talked to me...so now taht im starting to hangout with different people, im starting to like (kind of) this other guy, but hes in love with a friend of mine, but she has a boyfriend already and loves him... i dont know what to do...but if you have any advice, let me know! The first guy you like might just need some time off from hanging out with you all the time. He needs the time off to reestablish his manhood by hanging out with his guy friends. Don't worry about him not talking to you, and just be happy for him if he has fun. The other guy might be a little more risky. If he likes your friend, then you could always try to win him over, but always keep in mind that friends are more important than relationships in highschool life.

There is a long and laggy way you could do it, but the easiest way to get the URL for a song is to find it on a website that has it provided for you in asf format. (asf instead of wav or mp3 because it has the longest lasting bandwidth and you won't have to worry about it lagging while you're listening to it online). Try looking here to start

okay; here we go. i have been dating this guy *Q for about nine months now. We tend to disagree constantly. He hates when i am by my friends or talks to another guy. My friends view him as controlling, and over-protective; which i am starting to see. It is just so hard for me to end it. I was thinking of writing a note to him, because i'd get too emotion on the phone or in person. &&__ how he is he'd try to change my mind into staying together. but i really don't want that, i have just been scared to admit it. {{sorry if this sounds wordy, its really hard to explain}} I just would appreciate it if you guys had any ideas to make the breakup note not soo mean, but to the point where he gets the idea. any ideas would be great :-D

The note... no matter how you write it, he's either going to find it really mean, or he's not going to get it at all. You HAVE to break up with him face to face. Yeah, it might be scary/hard but if you don't do it, he'll feel much worst than if you'd just told him directly.

Well, do you really like this guy or only because he likes you? I think that he sounds like a great guy if he's always there for you, and everyone drinks and does drugs. He probably does talk about that girl only to get you jealous. I think that if you really do like him, to go for it and see what happens!

I think you already missed your chance. You hurt him, he recovered, he's over it. Unless he starts showing you signs of affection first, I'd stay away. Otherwise, you'll find yourself in a great situation for payback.

18 and F, y'all and needing advice with a boy. Same thing.
Long story short, I've got a guy friend who's a big flirt. This wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for one thing -- he's really physical about it. He does stuff like rubbing my back and kissing my head, weird stuff that my other guy friends, even the flirts, don't do. And the worst part about it that he's got a girlfriend and god knows what she thinks.
This all makes me a little uncomfortable, but I don't know if I should bring it up with my friend, because I don't want things to be awkward between us -- and maybe I'm overreacting (see, I used to like this guy way back when). Plus, since I'm going to college this summer, I probably won't be seeing him as much and it won't be such a problem...so I'm thinking maybe I should just shut my trap about it, but I'm not sure that's the best idea. In our school we have Microsoft Word, and on my computer i only have microsoft works word processor. Just ignore her, and ask her to "please leave" you alone if she's invading your space. I don't think that she'd lie about her love life. She probably just likes to rub it in peoples' faces to make herself feel like she's better than you all. She should eventually snap out of it when she realizes all of her friends hate her.

Try running and working out so you won't have so much fat in your thighs. Running gets rid of most of the bulge if you run on a daily basis.

You should start off by talking to him like you would any of your normal friends. Don't bother planning on how you're going to ask him out until you get to know him better- besides, that's his job. If you can't even talk to him, I don't see how you're going to be able to date him. I also advise you to find out whether he even likes you back? Otherwise it might be a lost cause.

Try getting Cetaphil. It's a scentless doctor reccommended moisturizing cream. It works really well for even the most severely damaged/dry skin.
