omg me too! being an actor isnt likely unless you have connections, but... anways i wanna be an actress but im stage fright. well unless your doing something live, the only thing that will be watching you would be a video camera, and then it would be on tv. so it wouldnt be as bad.

I am 14/f and I really need to start making money of my own. I'm sick of getting it from my parents. I mean I will probably still get a little bit from them but at least some of it needs to be my own. I know babysitting and I have done that before but how do I get people like parents to know that I do that? AND what are some other jobs I can do? Much appreciated. I'll rate high.... (link)

umm like in the winter you can shovel driveways for people, and um rake leaves in the fall, and walk dogs, etc. odd jobs.

Why can almost no-one on Advicenators spell correctly? It isn't really that hard, and don't use the excuse that people are young, because I'm not at all old and I can spell without too many mistakes, or none at all. (link)

ok well tomorrow at 3 i am going to like a basketball pratice i dont know anyone there.. i am a freshman and this going to be my first time doing this. and well i am scared that one of the other girls are going to start stuff with me. i am not the kind of person that gets on peoples bad side but for some reason i am scared because today at the meetin at lunch i saw that soem of those girls had attitude problems. i just want to play the game nothing else. and i am also scared that i am not the best at it and they will make fun of me about it.. someone please help!

if your games good, why would they make fun of you? at least you have the nerve to try out for the first time. just dont be scared. go in there just to play basketball- NOT to socialize. coaches dont like it when you talk a lot and dont pay attention.

One of my dad's friends gave me a Texas Instruments TI-82 graphing calculator but no user guide to go along with it. I was doing some math homework and one of the equations had a base number then a exponent of 3. On the calculator I can only find the button to make the exponentto be a 2, how do I tell the calculator I want the number to the third power, besides typing in the number 3 times. thanks for any help and yes I did go to the product site and look at the user guide but it didn't help (link)

if you put in your calulator like 5^6 that would mean 5 to the 6th, 8^9 would be 8 to the ninth power...etc.

yeah thats been happening to me too...she trys to act "cool and popular" so she'd become what shes not. i know it gets REALLY annoying. try hanging out iwth someone else and ignoring her. if she asks WHY ARE YOU ANNOYING ME again be like "why dont you get over it" or one of her stupid terms....and walk away. she may dis back and try to act cool, but who cares. shes a loser and you dont need her...make new friends...

Well i have a friend who i have known since second grade... and well i found out that he liked this girl and i dont know why but i didnt like it and i realized that i like him.. and now latly it seems like shes been trying to steal him from me and like he now like ignores me and talks to her.. and one time he was talking to me and he saw her and went running over to her and didnt say bye to me or talk to me the rest of the night.. and she gives me dirty looks and like i hate her.. is it not right that i hate her? or is it ok to? My boyfriend has had his half chihuahuah, half shih-tzu mix for 7 years. They recently found out that his dog is A)Is blind in one eye B)Is going blind in the other and C)Is diabetic. Their dog is very sick, and the cost of medications is becoming overwhelming for them. They decided that they would try out the medications for a little while, but they eventually would put the dog to sleep. They don't want him to suffer. His birthday is coming up in September and I wanted to get him a puppy. Not something to replace his other dog, but he's just so used to having a dog, that maybe by getting him another would bring a new joy in his life. I am extremely low on budget for his birthday, so I'm not even sure I'll be able to get him a dog but I have it in mind for Christmas if I can't for his birthday. I was thinking of adopting a puppy or rescuing one from a local shelter. My only thing is, I know if I am to adopt one, the dog will be in MY name, so ultimately the dog is MY responsibility. But aside from that, exactly how much is it to adopt a dog or rescue one from a shelter? I was thinking of a small breed, a chihuahuah, shih-tzu, lasa apso or maybe a maltese. Something small though. kna_x3 thats not true. we think my puppy was abused, she was a stray but so what. she is sooo cute and she plays with toys and stuff. if they were abused they will just be scared of humans. just be extra nice and theyll love you. and maybe you should babysit or somethng to make the money. like an odd job or something.

HI im 13 and i want a horse badly. I read alot about them and i take lessons. my sister has a friend that Has a horse. tory(the friend) has a really big barn and says that we could board there if we ever get a horse. my mom says that torys not ready to take care of another horse (i think she is. and my mom also says that money is an isue. i told her that I would give her all of my money and i would stop taking lessons. she would buy it. help!

youre 13...are you sure you can pay for all that!? you have to pay for the horse, equitment, food, housing, etc. think about it. thats a lot of money.
