ok dont eat anything with cafine!!!! it doent help it makes it worse..i would trying lying down and taking midol, advil,tylonal, stuff like that..it works REALLY well. also i would take a bath a hot one...it relives any pain!

u can braid it and leave it in for a while..also if u sleep with a bun in ur hair then that works too. try sleeping with diferent types of styles in ur hair and see the different types of waves u can get! good luck!
im the biggest nerd in the school and i need help. people make fun of me at school, i have like no friends.I go home and i wanna kill myself.I sit alone at lunch and averyone laughs at me, help.
ok...just stay calm and dont kill urself over kids in ur school. just act happy and bubly around people and be nice. if ur nice to people and have a nice sence of humor then there is no reason why they should make fun of u. also try laughing at urself. if its a teasing type thing//try taking it as a joke? it might help. another tip is try ignoring them...i no its hard but school is school and ur there to learn and become sucsessful. not to be the most popular person in school...i no u might want to make firends..but i would suggest starting slow..just be firendly and be nice..it always works!!or u can try joining a team at ur school...a lot of the time u make friends form people on ur team!

hey so how was being in a live brodway show ?just one question, how do i get pass my stage fright ?.........i also play guitar (im not that great)and when ever i play a song my older brother,(15),always says i suck and so now i dont like playing for anyone , how do i get rid of my fear???? thanx lots
oo it was soo much fun!!! i reeally enjoy doing that kinda stuff...but its a lot of hard work though! i mean u have all day practices from 5 am to 2am the next day! but just because i do this doesnt mean i dont get stage fright cuz i did the whole time! just keep ur mind off of it untill the show and then i just had fun with it. the stage fright only lasts for a little bit..if ur having fun up there then u wont be scared anymore!
hey just practice ur guitar..ignore what ur brother says ..u will get better and better and better as u go on and then once u know ur good then wht ur brother says wont bother u. hes just being a brother and just trying to get u down. i have an older brother too and i know wht it feels like!

first of all thx! and second of all yes i have done a lot of acting. but thats because i wasnt very good when i started. i had some training over the summers and did some school plays. i also did many choirs for voice training( if u do broadway) . but u might naturally have talent in acting, but i would suggest maybe a couple of acting camps to get u REALLY good at it!. i also have an agent witch i auditiond for so she would sign me. i have a couple of agent names if u tell me where u live i can tell u who to go to. and yes i also had to audition for the roll of annie for the broadway musical, lol all u gotta do is meet them individually on a stage and they teach u dances and singin parts, to see if u can do it..after that i got a call back and read some lines. all u gotta do is prepare urself and get an agent.

do you know any good excericies (aerobic or w/e) for thighs? mine are huge and id like a routine to work on.
i would go biking...it works ur leggs well and over the summer my leggs got smaller so i would definatly do that. i would also go running long distance! it also works ur leggs well and u can burn calories while doing it! Kill to bids with one stone!! u should also do some legg lifts every night or so . this should work really well!

Well...yesterday after school my friend Aaron and I talked while we were waiting to get picked up from school...he brought up my ex Robbie who is his Aaron's bestfriend...usually he doesn't...Well I decided to ask if he still went to HMMS and Aaron was just staring at the ground wouldn't look at me and kept smiling saying "No...well I don't know" & then I was like well does he go to SV then? and Aaron wouldn't look at me just staring at the ground smiling...so we dropt that subject...then I get home...and I decide to IM mine and my ex's friend, Jennifer...well she said Robbie told her he's either going to Byrd (My school) or Griffin (My bestfriend's school)...Well I haven't seen him at Byrd and my friend hasn't seen him at Griffin...you think Aaron knows something I don't know?!
somethigs fishy is going on...i do think aaron noes something and that he wants to tell u but cant. i would wait a little bit and see if the story unflods ..and if it doesnt and u still want to know then talk to aaron more...u never know wht he knows? maybe if u bring it up with aaron then he will tell u. make him understand that u know whts going on and want to know wht he knoes....GOOD LUCK!

i have pale skin and freckles too. i would use a little poudered foundation to give u more of a color to ur face. i would also use mascara..it makes anyones eyes look cute! i would go with colors for eye shadow a VERY light shimmery look with greens or blues. dont put too much on cuz then it will look over done..and lastly i would go with a lip gloss that is shimmery..and only tinted pink. u want it mostly clear. it will look REALLY good on u!

ok first day of school (freshmen) i am wearing jeans and a white with blue and orange lettering short sleeve shirt! and i have brown hair that i am going to wear up in a messy bun.. what color eye shadow!?!
i would go with a sparklily light blue. it goes with everything but it will really look cute with brown hair and ur out fit. u can also try mixing colors like a little white eye shadow with blue over it. dont make ur eye shadow REALLY heavy and dark because u want it to sparkle and look nice with ur outfit...u dont want it to stand out tooo much!

i would bring ur stuffed animal. a really cute one..its easier to get through a storm with one by ur side,,to hug or something. i would bring a couple of the most important things that have the most meaning to u. like a bracelet or a teddy bear...a book...something that u couldnt c urself being with out. make a list of some of the things that could be petentially replaced and one thing that has a deep meaning to it that cannot be replaced with a new one. as ur parents if there is anything u can do around the house for money like mow the lawn....wash dishes..clean floors...set tables every night..make beds...stuff like that. u can also see lemonade or soda or something off a bisy street on a really hot day...u can SELL SOME STUFF U DONT NEED, stuff like that.
i got my drum set on e-bay ..its great and cheap!!! i would seriously go no where else!

ok well i use stridex to get rid of it. it works for me! u can also try getting alchohol swabs..its really tough and works well. besides that just scrub with soap and wash ur face all da time and it should go away in no time!

ok yes this has happened to me. and yea it is "growing" u gotta know that barley no ones boobs grow togetherthe other one will catch up eventually!!! and enless guys r looking directly at ur boobs really close...then i dont think n e one will notice. DONT SWEAT IT!

ok if u work as a waitor at like a really bisy resterant u can make like 300 dollars a day in tips...some waitresses that work at like hooters or like another REALLY bisy resterant make more money then people with jobs from collages...so i would look into that! GOOD LUCK!
