Okay, I have no idea what to do. I found out yesterday that my bff is cutting and doing drugs. She has cuts ALL OVER her arms and stuff and it's really scary. And she told me that she's been doing drugs but didn't tell me what. I talked to her and shes acts like it's no big deal. I mean, her brother recently was diagonosed (sp?) with cancer and her parents are getting divorced so that may have something to do with it. But I really don't want to find her dead one day. I need help. What should I do? (link)

Disregard.
I can speak on this from a personal level and through 4 years of psychology. A divorce, and family trauma can cause drug addictions and cutting. There is a key to both of them.
Drugs:
Look for signes, bags under her eyes, maybe she is talking really fast. Does she seem to be slow at answering a question? Drugs is her way of trying to not feel the emotional trauma she is going through. Once someone is hooked it is usually hard to get them off it.You should comfront her about it. Sometimes you need to lose a friend in order to save them.
Cutting:
Dont be scared of it. Analyze it. Where is she cutting? Is it out in the open where everyone can see it? Or is under clothes and covered. If its out in the open your friend is reaching for attention. She wants someone to notice. It is her way of proving to herself someone cares about her. If it is under her clothes where no one can see, chances are she is doing it to snap herself into reality. Some people get so stressed and emotionally desperate that they feel the need to hurt something. Sometimes they think they should punish themselves for their problems. It snaps them back into reality. Ive been there its scary
The best thing to do is talk to her. Tell her you are worried. Stay by her side. If you walk away from her without doing that its going to hurt her more. I was on my death bed for what your friend is doing, my best friend stayed by me the whole time. Thats what makes a best friend

I'm completely fed up- I made it clear to this one guy that I'd been dating that I was really busy and was going to move out soon, etc., etc. I did not ever tell him that I wanted to stop dating, but it should be clear due to these signs:
-He called 3x in one day, I didn't return his calls.
-He calls and leaves a message sometimes, asking me to go hang out with him somewhere..and again, I DON'T call back.
Today, he left a message saying something like this:
..it's a nice day, let's go to the beach after class. I'm a little worried, you haven't called me in a week.
Yes, I haven't called him in a week. When I did, it was only to say i was too busy. POINT BLANK>
HE does NOT get the point! He seems to be so desperate that he'll continuously call me, even when I never call him back. It's been this way for a while now, and I'm really getting fed up.

my family just got a cat in december.
the cat was being so good,
but something changed i guess?
the cat sleeps on my bed at night,
and i think it was 3 nights i accidently closed my door so the cat couldnt get out.
the cat peed on my laundry and pooped on my carpet.
gross.. i know.
but now, last night i left the door open..
but she still pooped and peed on it.
my dad says if he catches her doing it again,
he'll get rid of her.
all i could think of doing is locking the cat out of my room at night.
but then.. what if she pees in my dads room?
then he'll really get rid of her.

Your cat is marking territory , there really isn't anything you can do about a cat peeing on clothes. Once it leaves a scent its very hard to get rid of. Try putting a litter box in your room. Keep your clothes up and in a hamper. Then leave her in there with you at night.

Okay. we had this dog since 12 years. and last 5 years. my dog follow my mom every where. i mean every time. she goes upstairs then dog follow her upstaris and when she go back donw she followes. she just a baby anymore. she getting old to so i not understand why our dog act like this. she be like cow sometimes she will know storm be coming she want come in. and so fast. llike she hear u open door she just run in.. anyway anybody knows? even she on phone she follow and she in bathroom she wait right out side of the door. It is a natural instinct for a dog to be protective of their owner. She is just keeping an eye on her. Animals can sense things humans can't maybe your dog senses something you dont.

First of all hun, don't put yourself down. These skinny people you see walking around arent perfect. A lot of girls have a problem with self confidence. We can thank the media for that. They try to make us believe in order to be a beautiful woman, we have to weigh 80 pounds be 6'0" feet tall , and look perfect in a bikkini. Here's the best advice i can give. Dont look. Just remember , lust is one of the most powerful emotions we have. Most women go through a young "sexual peak". No reason to hide from it. If they are already in a realtionship, no its not right to do it. But whats more important is watching for STD's with guys like that. Obviously they have no problem lying about their sexual encounters. Never let someone pressure you , when the time is right you will know. There is nothing slutty about what you have done, but if i were you i would aim for the single guys ;)

To be obsessive is usually a control issue. However there are different types of obsession. If you are talking about obsessing over a person in a relationship, it is usually due to the fact you dont like to be alone. An insecurity that you could lose that person at any minute causes you to NEED to be with them. The best way to control it is to always see the other options out there. Instead of making that person your world, make them 1/3rd.
If it comes to cleaning or being clean, usually medication helps that. We call them "ticks" It can feel overwhelming. Think of how you are feeling as a fear, and face it. If you can't see past it, then seek help, sometimes you can get through emotional ticks easier when you have something to mellow you out. :)

First of all , if your in school, you shouldn't be drinking. However thats not the question at hand. If a person can't handle what you enjoy, then you have to ask yourself is he worth it? Dont lie. That just makes everything worse. In school, things are going to get blown out of proportion. It will all die down after some kid gets in a fight. Or someone decides to strip on top of a table during a party. Crap happens. You shouldn't base anything off a lie. And You shouldn't change who you are, unless you know that person is worth it. Never live to make someone else happy, if it doesn't make you happy too.
