I get severe migraines when I'm stressed out. Even if it's over something silly, like getting my errands done. I've tried excedrin migraine and aleve for my headaches, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone else who gets severe migraines have a quick fix for dealing with them?

have you tried taking topamax? this medicine changed my life forever. i used to get migraines every single day of my life. (the kind where i cant see anything and i would throw up) so then i started taking this medicine and it got rid of them completely. there were absolutely no side effects. i took it for a year then got off of it and its been two years now and i still have not gotten one since. i would truly reccomend talking to your doctor about it. if you are not interested though, here is a website of 10 things you can do to quickly get rid of one.

pro: it matches with everything and will never go out of style.
con: it is $278 and more expensive then the second one

the second one..
pro: brown and pink together are really in this season, and its much cheaper than the first one
con: it wont match everything

i would go with the first one. even though it is more expensive, it will match absolutely anything you wear and its worth it. =]

i have this problem.. it just kinda started i already went through puberty and all so i dont think its anything beacuse of that but anyways i noticed that ill just be sitting there doing nothitng and ill get sweat marks under my arms and im not even hot or doing anything type of movement.. does anyone have an explanation for this or something to prevent it beacuse it sucks a lot

it sounds like you have hyperhydrosis. this means you sweat more than most people and you dont even have to be moving. talk to your doctor and he/she can prescribe you pills to get rid of it.

lately i've been gaining weight.
last year i was 108 pounds. this year i'm 117. did i gain too much weight? (i play soccer all year long)

also if im 13 and 5`3 and weigh 117 pounds, would you consider me chubby? just tell me the truth and dont judge it on BMI. i don't look chubby but damn, i used to be soo skinny.

what can i do besides running/jogging to lose weight? I want to have a flatter stomach if possible. and what are good foods to eat?

this is totally normal. your growing up, and growing in height and weight goes along with that. 117 at your age is perfect. you are acutally considered underweight. if you do want to lose weight though, i would sugest doing crunches for a flatter stomach and lunges for losing weight in your legs. stay away from fried foods like chips, and cut out ice cream and sodas as well. eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. =] i hope i helped and if you have any other questions im here for you.

change the top of your razor every two weeks. also apply a thick lotion after every single time you shave them. this will keep them smooth longer and looking nice. =]

the smell your pee makes depends on what you have been drinking. if you dont like the bad smell, stick with drinking water. another possibility is that you could have a urinary tract infection. if you at all think you have one, see the docter as soon as possible.
