stealing public property, t ping houses, beating up on friends, hanging out with friends, going to mehlville games, going to the movies, going to t time, walking around the neighborhood, having people over, confusing people, making people make funny faces, dropping my pants in front of girls that i dont know, mooning people from cars, driving without a permit, BAGEL BITES!!!, soccer, basketball, football (even though idk how to play), making the bird, wearing spandex and listening to brittany spears in my room, paintballing, hunting, shooting, making fires, lighting stuff on fire, seeing what burns, painting myself various colors, seeing how long i can put off my homework, doing stupid stuff, throwing my shoes at people, spray painting random things on random buildings, sneaking out, having fun, making people guess what im thinking, staring at random things just to make people say "what are you looking at", walking backwards, and mimicing girls i like infront of them, and of course giving advice.

things i dont like are:

girls that think they can get guys by wearing short skirts (b/c 98% of the time it works), people that try to mock me openly, people that hate me and try to get other people to do the same, people who make fun of my friends, people who call me stupid, people who eat my food, people who dont give me money, people who ask me continously for a piece of paper or pencil, people who try to be popular, guys who lie about their virginity, guys who hit girls, girls that cheat on guys, guys that cheat on girls, soda, roast beef sandwiches, taking care of things, cleaning up other people's mess, people who send me text messages, people who IM me constantly, people who think i can get them laid, people who look for "the love of their life" before the age of 21, people who are prude, people who are scared to have fun, workaholics, alcoholics, people who get addicted to smoking, people who do stuff under peer pressure, people who say the word "immature," people who think they are in the popular group, tv, and homework.

If I do about 100 crunches a day do you think i'll have a flatter stomach by September? And ill also be drinking alot of water. But do you think my stomach will be flatter by the time school starts if I 100 or more crunches a night ? Thanks for the help!! (link)
intstead of doing 100 CRUNCHES

try doing:
20 crunches
20 side crunches (each side so thats 40)
20 leg lifts
20 super crunches (lay on your back, and bring your legs and arms all the way up forming a half circle until they meet.)



Okay so my state (TN) has decided to mandate that every student K-12 get 90 minutes of excersize a week. Well they are using our homeroom time at my school to do just that. I think it is incredibly stupid because its not the school's responsibility to tell us what to do as far as excersizing goes. It is so damn retarded I can hardly stand it. I HATE coming to school now. OMG as if it wasnt bad enough LETS THROW IN SOME EXCERSIZE!!! Plus my homeroom teacher is strict with the rules, so if we dont do these excersizes every morning, she will write us up. I dont feel like I can talk to her because she wont understand. And I cant sit there and object while everyone else is doing it because that will draw negative attention to me. I get enough attention as it is for being fat. And thats not the reason I dont want to do the excersizes. It's just that 15 minutes is a long time for someone who is as heavy as I am and its embarassing to have my fat jiggle around for the whole freaking class to watch and laugh at. I would much prefer to excersize in PRIVACY where I dont have to worry about what I look like. High school is bad enough as it is. I think this is pure torture and I really want to refuse to do it. But I dont want to bring negative attention to myself. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? and what is your opinion on our new state law?? (link)
Obesity is a growing issue in america.

Our law makers recognized this dilemma and obvioulsy took charge.

It's not so much the 15 minutes, its the push to get you motivated to lose the extra weight, so you CAN be comfortable around others, especially during exercize.

as it was said, you are one of the examples that allowed that law to be passed.

if you have a medical condition, however, that would be a REASON, not an excuse, to not be able to participate in that.


So I've been cleaning out my closet lately and getting rid of some things. I found the Millenium Barbie Doll (Still in her box) and about three cartons of Beanie Babies (all from about 1996-2000)They all still have the tags and are in pretty good condition. I'd love to sell them to a collector and get money for them, but I don't know how to find out how much they are worth. Should I wait a decade or so until they are even more valuable? Where could I find out how much they are worth? What would be a good web site to sell them on (don't suggest ebay because that's pretty obvious)? (link)

leg lifts, simply lift your legs togeher, and hold look something like that while holding.

Swimming works wonders, and is as low-impact you can get.

I know you said walking/biking is out of the question but try to go to a trail or something, and start running, run as far as you can, then walk.

Try to incorperate Some cardio.





i read a question on here once where someone asked what the little "v" lookin thing on a girls lower back was, since not a lot of girls have it i guess.. and someone said its a muscle. i searched for the question but couldnt find it. if its a muscle, how can i tone my back so i can get it? certain exercises or anything. 16/f (link)
it's a muscle, to tone your back listen closely.

upper back:
lay on your stomach
outstretch your arms so you look like

then raise your arms, do 15, and repeat 3 times.
make it harder with weights in your hands.

lower back:
lay on your stomach
make yourself look like a tooth pick like so

now try and lift your thigh over your butt.
your going to get about half way.
repeat again 15 times or how ever many times you can 3 times.
make it harder with ankle weights.

what else helps the v?
pull ups.
i don't know if you have a pull up bar, but if you do hold your hands forwards so the palm is facing away from you and your knuckles are towards you. then pull yourself up, do it as many times as you can, you guessed, 3 times.

the v is one of the hardest things for anyone to get, you must cut out almost all bad fat, and do a lot of cardio.

make sure to tone your abs and go for an occasional 20 min run.

if your persistant, you will have a v in a matter of weeks depending on your current build.

drink plenty of water, eat your fruit and vegies, and good luck

im getting a new radio from best buy put in soon for my birthday, but im curious as to where it will go.. where the current radio is, or where the cd player is? do i have any say in where it goes? because id want it to be where the radio is, because where the cd player is now, its kind of difficult maneuvering around the gear selector lever, and also i think im getting one of those with the part that flips out on the front, which would make it even harder.

if it makes any difference i dont even listen to cds in my car 99% of the time because i use my ipod, so im gettin an ipod-ready radio, soo would that make any difference in the placement of it?

Hi, I'm looking to lose about 30 pounds. My mom wants to order me Nutrisystem, but is it really worth the money?

Couldn't I do the same thing with Lean Cuisine meals, or some other way cheaper diet brand? Or is Nutrisystem really helpful?

all nutrisystem is, is like pre counted, pre portioned food.

it would take a while to lose 30 lbs doing anything, a healthy person would lose about one lb a week, max 2.

if you do order nutrisystem, make an extra effort to run, do crunches, pushups, or just anything physically challenging


i got a horrible sunburn a few days ago, now its starting to peel. ive been putting aloe on it once a day but it says to not put it on raw skin since my skin is very sensative now. what else can i put on it to help the peeling, cause it really itches. :) thanks if you can help. (link)

outgoing is having the ability, not to mention, confidence to go up to someone just to say hey.

it's really easy to hop into someone's conversation, example (your C):

i know that's not the example you were looking for, but switch up the convo, keep the people you're meeting on their toes.

any guy likes an outgoing girl.

you only think you're in the middle, until you start "becoming" popular in your mind, this will give you an opportunity to get the confidence to walk up to people.

also, dont be afraid to compliment someone on their shoes, or shirt, and ask them where they got it, that little kind of stuff are great conversation starters, and will leave them thinking "what a nice girl"

I have a 3 year old Golden Retreiever and well something happened to her leg. so she can't really walk or run well. she limps. she's getting surgury done in a few weeks... but when i look at her everyday, she looks soooo bored. all she does is lay around all day.

What are some things I can do with her so that she is not bored all the time, but remember she cannot walk well. Oh and she's a scardy cat... ha ha ha. We tried teaching her how to swim but she only goes in foot deep. any ways to get her to swim? (link)
