no. your minifeed stays on your minifeed until you click the little x's & delete each thing you've done. if you don't haven't gone on facebook, you haven't done anything, so nothing new is added is all.
as for friend requests, they don't get deleted either. the people either accept or reject, so if you think that a friend request has been deleted & that was your concern for asking this question, they probably either rejected or accepted you - check your friend list.
