six flags..

Question Posted Friday July 27 2007, 7:41 am

i'm going to six flags this weekend.

but i'm on a diet, so there's going to be ALOT of junkfood there.

what can i eat, and what should i not eat?

we're staying in a hotel too, and probably eating out once or twice.

water, lemonade, gatorade.

no soda.

you dont have to finish your meals either, if you start to feel full, stop.

if you get a cheeseburger, try not to eat all the fries.

little things like that.

At Six Flags they have a lot of different types of restaurants. Most of the restaurants have salads, so I'd reccomend that. Or you can eat a piece of grilled chicken if they serve that, with some veggies.

But, don't eat dessert . So, you should be fine if you just try to eat salads, soup, or grilled chicken and veggies.

Just when you get there, get their guide, and look at the restaurants they have. And maybe you can ask someone who works there what they serve at each restaurant, and/or ask them if they serve salads (healthy foods.)
