god-smusgrove answered Thursday July 19 2007, 10:45 pm: everyones outgoing towards people they know, but thats not outgoing, that's reserved.
outgoing is having the ability, not to mention, confidence to go up to someone just to say hey.
it's really easy to hop into someone's conversation, example (your C):
A: do you like potatoes
B: why yes i do like potatoes
C: sorry to barge in, but have you ever had CHEESEY POTATOES!?!?
i know that's not the example you were looking for, but switch up the convo, keep the people you're meeting on their toes.
any guy likes an outgoing girl.
you only think you're in the middle, until you start "becoming" popular in your mind, this will give you an opportunity to get the confidence to walk up to people.
also, dont be afraid to compliment someone on their shoes, or shirt, and ask them where they got it, that little kind of stuff are great conversation starters, and will leave them thinking "what a nice girl" [ god-smusgrove's advice column | Ask god-smusgrove A Question ]

how are you? Then - compliment them. If
you do, they'll know that they you're nice
& you'll get more respect from them.
Then start a conversation about maybe the
latest gossip! It'll keep you and whoever
talking for a while and you can share your ideas
with them. Just keep smiling, greeting, & com-
plimenting and you'll have a lot of friends
