If you really want to stop smoking weed just put down the joint and never smoke again. People say it's hard to quit, it really isn't. Weed isn't physically addictive so it's possible to give it up without a second thought. Just tell yourself that you want to quit and you'll make it happen. Don't give in to peer pressure or anything like that. If someone offers you a joint just say no.

well i was in gym one time and i fell off of the rope i was climbing. i hurt my arm really bad and my gym teacher told me to stretch it out. he didnt let me go to a nurse. when i got home i went to the emergency room because it hurt really bad. they x rayed it and turns out i fractured it. what should i do about my teacher? Go to the head teacher. Also tell a parent. If it was me I would've gont to a nurse whether the teacher let me or not.

Marijuana is obviously one of the most popular illigal drugs. but is it really a bad thing? I have personal experiences and well to tell truth, it doesnt really hinder your judgement, nor does it make you feel invincible. All marijuana does is make you really goofy. Ppl say that car accidents happen alot due to marijuana. what these ppl over look is that those kids that are in the accidents are also drunk. which is what really hinders and clouds your judgement.
Is there actually any REAL physical harm that will come from marijuana, aside from the obvious? (link)

It could cause lung cancer (you're inhaling smoke, that can't be good for your lungs). Also it slows down your reaction time so it is more dangerous to drive while high. However research has shown that people who are stoned drive more carefully. Also I once read somewhere that someone overdosed on weed but I'm not sure if I believe it (i've seen lots of stuff telling me that you can't overdose on marijuana). Contrary to what people say it dosen't kill brain cells. That's alcohol.

Sign up for childcare if your school offers it. If not don't worry. Just pick subjects you enjoy and know you'll do well in. Then go to college and do one of their childcare courses. Try and keep your options open though, you've still got plenty of time to change your mind.

I wasn't really sure where to put this, so I picked friendship, since it has to do with a friend.
Okay, so it's indirectly about my best friend. Her name is Lisa. But it's also about her boyfriend. His name is Tyler.
So, recently, Tyler told me that he's wanted to ask me out since he first came to our school in the middle of this year. (I'm a girl, in case you people didn't already figure that out.) I've always liked him, but I never let on. But now, he knows.
So, today, I stayed after school, because I didn't want to go home and clean my room. (It's a MESS.) Well, Tyler ALWAYS stays after school. For reasons unbeknownst to me. (I hope I spelled that right.)
Well, at first, we were just sitting at the picknick table, talking. About nothing, really. Then we got onto the subject of us liking eachother. Which quickly turned into flirting.
I had a metal... Thing, I have no idea what it was... in my hand. Well, Tyler took it. I tried to get it back, wich turned into us holding hands. Which turned into a kiss... Which turned into a make-out session...
Now, Lisa is my very best friend in the whole wide world, and I'd rather do ANYTHING than hurt her... But I think I just did.
We both knew it was wrong. And it was. Now I'm wondering what I should do. Please help me. :( (link)

There are 2 options here. Either you could explain what happened, explain that it was an accident and maybe risk losing a friend (she WILL feel hurt by it). Or you could keep quiet and pray she never hears about it (if she hears about it through someone other than you you run a serious risk of losing a friend). Personally i'm not sure which one i'd go for. It might be a better idea to keep things quiet in this case, after all, what your friend dosen't know can't hurt her.

im doing a question which diffrent kinds of fabric burns the fastest out of wool,silk, linen and polyester? is that a good question? i also need help on it.. wut i was going to do was lay out the fabric in myu drivway separtly then lite the first oen with a match and time it then the same with the other 3 do you think this is a good idea?? if not give me some other questions i can ask and do a report on (link)

That could work. Make sure you use a pretty big bit of fabric so that you get chance to time it. Make sure you use the same amount of each fabric and the same flame each time. It might be a good idea to have a friend help you. One of you could time and one of you could burn.

He's got your best interests at heart. However I think he's being a little overprotective. When someone tells me not to do something and they're being an ass I do it anyway. Maybe you should try that.

from motoworld on fitting the battery i found it to be faulty i returned the battery and i was told that i could not have a refund but they would give me goods of the same value,

My best friend smokes pot. She used to do it only once a month, but she has done it 2 times this week. It's because she has started to hang out with the potheads at school. Please don't tell me to tell an adult. I know she would never talk to me again. What can I say that will convince her not to smoke so often? hello i recently gave gaurdianship of my son who lives in pa to my ex husband due to my son's behavior i thought it was for the best i still am suppose to see him every other weekend the problem is my ex mother in law she has power of attorney over my ex husband due to his limited mental state now she is taking control of my son and he has been acting up down at her home where they both live she told me that if he does not straiten up he wont be allowed to come here and visit due to the fact that i live around some rough kids i want to know if there is anything i can do legally to make sure i get my rights for a visit rather she likes it or not i dont have and i cant afford a lawyer is there something i can do thru the court myself does anyone know please my son's life is at stake here i need help (link)

I'm no lawyer but I don't think she can do that. If all else fails go and visit him where he is. It's not quite the same but it's better than nothing.

My friend (we are in 7th grade, and we are 13) has a boyfriend thats a really bad kid. He does drugs, but she tells us that he told her he would stop. but i think that he's lying to her. She wont listen to me ahe thinks that he stopped but i know he diddnt. I just dont want her to go on the wrong path, she says she wont but i think she will. What kinds of drugs? If it's something big (coke, heroin, that sort of stuff) then he could get hurt and you should tell someone right away. If it's just a puff of weed every now and then (that's what it sounds like) let them be. It's not exactly harmful (only one person has ever been killed by weed). Most people I know do it or have done it an some point in their lives.
