hola my name is carly and im 13. i really like my friend "bob". over the summer we were like best friends we hung out a lot.. and we went out twice. the first time we were going out he broke up with me cause he thought i liked another guy. so i told him i never liked any other boys a few days after we broke up and we went out again. but the second time we went out things were getting too serious, like he said he was in love with me? and i wasnt ready for that.. i was really scared. so i broke up with him. but now i think i made a mistake. i've hinted around that i like him again and he doesnt even seem to care.. i think i really hurt his feelings. now he doesnt even say hi to me at school or anything.. we even walked out of the door at the same time and neither of us said a word to each other! i havent told very many people but im like crazy about him! im like missing him all the time and i never talk to him cause hes never online anymore. everything reminds me of him too! what should i do? i really need advice so if you could help me out that'd be great!! If u like him, then i think u should go for it! Nothing should hold u bak from love especially if its only because he is younger and shorter than u! If u guyz truly like eachother...then he may be the best match for u!!

Dear Bee,
try bringing it up to your friend. ask her if she likes your sister better than her, and tell her that you would really appreciate it if she would hang out with you rather than your sister when she is over, because you feel left out. your only other 2 options are to a) tell your sister that you feel like she is taking your friends away or b) get your sister to go to one of her friend's house when you know that your friends are coming over.

I would just block these girls. By blocking them, they can't IM you anymore, and you can't IM them. It pretty much eliminates contacting each other on IM. If this doesn't work, talk to a counselor about your problems at school. They'll talk to the girls and get everything worked out for you.

first of all, you're a great friend for trying to help her with this. just by letting her know that you support her should make her feel a little bit better. even if that doesn't work, let your friend know that she needs to have a talk with her boyfriend. find out if he is still feeling the same way that she is about him. if the feelings are still there, find out if there was a legitiment excuse for why he couldn't call. try talking to both of them. that's pretty much the only advice that i have...:-/

One of my best guy friends, that Ive been friends with for about 4 months now, is the sweetest, nicest, most gernerous, giving guy i know. Dear Confused,
If you are afraid that things will begin to get awkward, find out how he really feels about you. If he does really like you, but you still only want to stay friends with him, I would let him know that you think that he is really really sweet and stuff, but you don't want to risk friendship for something more than that, and then not having things work out.

He just admitted that he likes me, and I sort of like him.. But he has a girlfriend. Ever since he started dating "Ashley", he's been acting really sad & distant. If he is cheating on the girlfriend, are you totally sure that he wouldn't cheat on you? Maybe he is confused about who he likes and needs time to figure things out. I would just give things time. If he doesn't seem to be getting any happier, I would talk to him about his feelings. Just tell him that he is a great friend and that you care about him, and just let him know that he has your support. I'm sure if you say something like that, he'll open up to you.

I think Im losing alot of weight, but I am or was 90 pounds and Im 11.. and now thes epants that fit dont fit anymore.. I dont like to eat for some reason.. I once skipped lunch in school.. and plus i heard from a teacher the lunch ladies dont wear gloves nor hair nets.. Its awful! I only drank milk that day.. and people keep saying I look skinnier, IM not anerexic and I dont wanan be I try to eat as much as I can! But I dont like food.. Its kinda hard to explain...

If you're concerned about the food in your cafeteria...maybe it's time to start packing a lunch everyday. This way, you can eat the portions that you want and you wont have to worry about hair or anything in your food.

Don't worry...I totally agree with you. I am a big fruit/vege fan to, and I'm not on a diet. Just let your friends know that what you eat is what you like. If they keep bugging you about it, just tell them to please respect your opinion about what you eat.

This may be the hardest thing to do, but it's the best thing to do as well. You need to talk to her parents about her not doing her work. Maybe they don't know about it. If they can't do anything about it, try talking to a counselor in your school, or her teachers, in private. Tell them whats up, and I'm sure that they will be happy to help you out. Your friend will get back on track with school...she just may be a little bit side-tracked with other work right now.

I wish I could help you with your problem, but it seems like I can't. Follow your heart- it will lead you down the correct path. Have you tried to talk to either of the guys about your feelings? That may help the situation a little bit. Even try talking to your best friend. From what I read in your article though, If you have had a crush on this guy forever, question your feelings, and think about the one that has the most in common with you. In the end, your heart should decide on just 1.

Do you know this guy personally, or did you meet him through a chatroom? Either way, you have to get help ASAP. This guy could be no good, and he should be checked out. Talk to your parents before you making any decisions on a background check...they will be able to talk to you and give you the advice and support that you need.

The best way to approach him and ask him if he likes you is to just come out an ask him. Write him a note, call him on the phone, or just talk to him in person. Any one of those ways could work. If he really likes you, he'll be staring at you or finding ways to talk to you for know reason.

I've known this boy since the 4th grade. We are two years apart. We were together for 2 years. He was normal but now he is a total freak and disaster! Recently he's been stalking me, and my friends. Like he'll talk to my friends and tell them lies that I don't like. And he almost punched me and grabbed my arm so hard it had red marks on it. Durring our relationship he called me a slut for going to a dance with one of my good friends which is now my boyfriend. But yet, durring our relationship, on his b-day he played spin the bottle with all of my friends and kissed all of them, and my best friend, and my best friends mom. So, all together he's cheated on me, abused me, and stalked me, lied to me, used me, and ruined my life and my dignity. What should I do?

This boy is bad news. You need to talk to an adult immediatly. You said that he even did this to your best friend's mom? What did she say? Make sure that you talk to a responsible adult, who is willing to report this guy or at least talk to him before things get way out of hand...
