Hi i'm a seventeen your old girl and I have had pain in the outside of my side and towards the back. It especially hurts when I start sprinting or doing anything that really involve pulling it up. hey alright well lately it seems like im super self conscious about EVERYTHING i say and do. im kind of hard on myself, to the point where i analyze every word, every motion, every tone in my voice to make sure i sound.. i guess "socially correct", or "cool" would be the word.
even with text messages, it can take me 5 minutes to decide how to say a one or two word answer. every character is crucial.
so you can imagine how lost i am when it comes to real-time conversations. instead of sounding confident i stutter sometimes and other times i cant think about what i want to say.
when i remember every time i "mess up" i cringe...it feels terrible inside
i want to sound confident b/c i feel confident. but then i start worrying about whether i sound confident which makes me mess up, i guess.

yes ,yes i would recomend a psychologist because in the long run things might just get worst.you have very low self esteem im sure your very attractive and doesnt need to worry what someone is going to think every move shey makes .so i would take care of that as soon as possible .good luck.

im going to guess that your a teenager i agree with you parents can be really annoying maybe there acting like that cause your growing up and maybe your not spending as much time with them anymore and they miss you.ill tell you one thing just be grateful that you have parents.im not trying to lecture you but if you want this to stop you have to really think about what causes the arguements just before they start dont say anything walk away and take a deep breath or try one of my skills look at them and act like your listening give them blank stares .try to work things out or else if you dont they might try to ground you or any form of way that you get punished.if your nice to them you can get your way much easier when you need them.good luck..

I have this friend who never leaves me alone. We went on vacation together over the summer and her family is pretty awesome. Well anyways its months later and she doesn't get the idea i need space. I don't want to be mean and tell her off because that would seem like i'm a complete bitch and was using her to go on a vacation.
