Having protien shakes wont be enough, you will need to work out....I tried searching sites for recipies but all they had was buying shakes..so yeah...sorry...I suggest what charmed cherry says..or go buy packets of protien powder their like 79 cents

Wash your face at least 3 times a day. Morning, day, night. If it still showing, use concealer(like makeup) and cover it up. I did that until my zit went away..so yeah it works.

Babysitting, if you go to a church you could do sunday school type of activies for community service hours. Or go to a daycare center and ask if you could help for free, and for community service!

Q: Cheerleading is just over! I am pretty good but i want to get better. I can do a cartwheel, round off, all jumps, heal streach, split! But tryouts are in about 2 months and i want stuff to do. I have a few questions,
What are some new cool moves?
What should i do to teach my self a back walkover? I am afraid of going back!
What can i do to get my jumps higher? yes, I prep but that doesnt seem to be enough, is jumping while i prep a bad thing?

Q: Since October last year, I haven't been having a proper lunch at school. At first it was because I just wasn't as hungry as I used to be and I didn't need to eat. Now, I do get hungry at lunch but I don't like bringing in a lunch from home and I hate queuing in the lunch hall to buy a school meal, I never have money to buy it anyway. My friends have started to comment on how thin I am getting, I have always had a slim build but now they say I am getting too thin. I can see what they mean, I am thinner but I haven't lost any weight at all. I don't think I am overweight or anything but they think I have an eating disorder. I know I don't, how can I get them to see that?

Well, have them over at your house after school..and when your hungry eat in front of them. Or just tell them, you do not have an eating disorder and you do eat. If they are really your friends, they should believe you!

Well you said it yourself: You dont want a serious relationship right now AND you dont like him. Dont go out with him..I think you and him should move on and see other people. Yeah, he loves you..but just because he does doesnt mean you have to go out with him. He'll move on, and it might take a while to get over you..but he has to.Right now stay single and if a different guy comes into your life..then go for it!

With a version like regluar word, I dont think it has the feature of double spacing. I went on it myself, and tried to look for it...but could not find it. I think if all else fails, use enter. And hope it works out!
