Karen answered Wednesday February 9 2005, 3:51 pm: Try to exercise or lose weight in the areas you of your body that you want to look better. Start running or jogging and do crunches and sit ups. Eating healthy, watching what you eat, and drink water will help too. Hope I helped :)
