okay so i want to get a tattoo of a small butterfly on my shoulder (color: dark blue, dark purple, or black), but i'm asking for honest opinions whether people will think that it looks trashy with a wedding dress when i get married because you will be able to see it.

i honestly think it would look trashy if you leave it uncovered... but you can cover it up with makeup so that people can't even tell it's there if you want. so if you want to get it, then do what you want because if you decide that you don't want it to show on your wedding day, you can always cover it up.
so im having a sweet 16.
the theme is hollywood.
im planning on having it at a club.
the clubs im thinking of are in Pontiac Michigan.
they are tonic, tiki bobs, sevin, clutch cargo.
the rest of it i need help with.
i have no clue what to do for decorations or as a sweet entrance or what to have at my party that will be cool.

watch mtv's super sweet sixteen show. i'm pretty sure there was one that was hollywood themed. here are my ideas... for invitations, you could give out movie tickets, or autographed pictures of yourself, or little oscar men, or little things of popcorn. the entrance should probably be a red carpet. as far as decorations go, you need to get like just classy looking stuff, like tablecloths that are nice looking or whatever. you should probably sprinkle glitter everywhere. maybe some fake palm trees? i'm running out of ideas, haha. i hope your party is fun!

i think it's very good, and it's a very well written song. the only thing is that you could turn the vocals up. i was struggling to hear them over the guitar. belt it out!
if i move to england from the u.s. at say age 20, would i still be able to get an accent?
i'd say so. actually, i traveled to australia for only three weeks last summer, and i started to pick up the accent. my family was kind of weirded out when i got home, but basically you talk like the people you are around. so if you listen to british people talk, you should pick up the accent.

try dillard's or victoria's secret. i've never actually seen a 30 anything anywhere, so you may want to get measured again (it's free). also, try a 32A. there's some formula that if you go down a cup size and go up two inches in the band, then it should be the same fit.

i always go to different bridal shops. they always have formals there. also, if you are willing to fork out some cash, you can get prom dresses at places like express or betsey johnson (they both have websites if you want to look). most people don't get the chance to wear betsey johnson to prom! haha, but there is one bridal store in my city that everybody goes to, but the cool thing is that when somebody buys a dress, they write down your name, the kind of dress, and what event you are wearing it to. other shops probably do this too. so if it's a local place, you can ask to see who has bought which dresses there. it's very handy! if you have any big cities around you they are sure to have formal shops.

it would most likely be the songs and their lyrics. some parents are really paranoid about letting their kids listen to certain types of music, so that would probably be why. although that is really dumb.
There's this guy I met online and he threatened to kill me last night because I cancelled plans with him and went to the club with my friends. I don't want to tell my brother because he gets fucking PISSED and I don't want to deal with him. My cousin is the strongest guy in the tristate area and he's a bouncer at a club in philly, so what should I do? I'm freaked out even though i've been through this before.
you can listen to the other columnists and believe that the guy was just in the heat of the moment, but listen to my story for a bit. before my mother married my father, she had a best friend who owned a business. the best friend had two little girls and a crappy boyfriend. the best friend made the boyfriend angry, and she thought that was the end of it. my mother's best friend was about to leave work one day when the crappy boyfriend came in and shot her and then shot himself. she died and left her two little girls to be raised by her parents. if anybody ever threatens you like that, always, always take them seriously. because you never know. don't just shrug it off. tell your cousin, tell your parents, tell whoever you need to tell so that you are safe. you never know what people might do.
i was just wondering if anyone knows of any good concerts happening in the nyc or montreal area on july 12-20. i'm going there on vacation and i sort of think i'll miss the whole experience if i don't end up seeing an amazing band play. (:

well, if you're going out with somebody and you kiss somebody else that's generally cheating, yes. you should tell him/her. and then they will either get mad and stay mad or get mad and forgive you. but they will probably find out later somehow anyway, so it's better to nip it in the bud.

In 2 facebook groups, there are pictures of me. Nothing bad, just some random pictures. Is it dangerous to keep those pictures on the groups?

it depends. if it's just a group on your network, it should be fine. if it's a global group, go look at it and see if there are a whole lot of people in it. if there aren't really that many people in it, you should be fine. but if there are like more than 50, make sure that on the pictures it doesn't give away any information about you... like, don't tag yourself in it. and make sure that you're not wearing a shirt that says the name of your school and a sport you may play or whatever. that's a big giveaway. but a lot of people have pictures on different groups on facebook, so if your pictures are just normal pictures and not you like stripping in front of the camera you should be fine. it won't hurt to delete them though.
Everytime I go on my computer, about 10 minutes later my computer drive gets really loud..I can't explain it but it's like an echo or vibrating really loud sound and it's annoying the heck outta me!
Any ideas? I sticked my pillow on the side and it seemed to help butthen my head hurt when I slept on the pillow afterwards =S
maybe you should move the pillow because it could get really hot and catch on fire. that would be bad. my old computer was like this. when it got too obnoxious, i would (no lie) hit it. slap it a few times on the side and see if it stops.
I go swimming at my neighbor's lakehouse in the lake ALL THE TIME, and I don't even think about it. I don't go swimming past 12 feet deep of water and I know there's fish in the water, but it just hit me that fish bite! My friends have gotten bitten by fish a few times (not at a lot) and now I'm scared I'm next. I'm afraid they're going to bite my toes and I want to wear some kind of shoes to protect myself. What are some good shoes to wear in the lake that won't allow the fish to bite? There's a lot of sunfish and a few otters & I'm wondering if those kinds of creatures are known to bite? Also, what can I do so the fish will leave me alone when I go swimming? Please help!!
fish in lakes generally don't have teeth, but go to target or academy and get some water shoes. wearing shoes in the lake is probably a good idea anyway because sometimes the bottom of a lake can be gross. it really doesn't hurt when fish bite, and they rarely do it, actually. when you get in the water and start moving around, the fish go "crap!" and swim away. so if you keep moving, the chances of fish getting anywhere remotely close to you are slim to none. nothing is going to come up to you and just bite you out of spite to the point where you will feel pain. in fact, fish biting is more like fish kissing or something. it doesn't hurt, it actually tickles. hopefully your neighbor doesn't have piranhas in the lake. that's the only problem that i could think about. but i go water skiing and kneeboarding and tubing with my best friend every summer in her boat (i've been to several different lakes) and i have never even come in contact with a fish. i've also been scuba diving for five years and not once has a fish come up to me and tried to harm me.

People say that when you're in the water, your period stops. But then why do you need a tampon if you're going swimming? What's the point in wearing a tampon in the water, even if you're period stops?
people that say that are morons. your period doesn't stop in the water; it just doesn't show up when you leak all over your friends in their pool because the water dilutes it. that's the reason why when people are drinking alcohol and then plan to drive later drink water at the same time. it dilutes the alcohol as it enters the bloodstream and makes them more alert to their environment. it also lowers the blood alcohol content if they get stopped by the cops.

im a varsity cheerleader and we just got back from camp and it was pretty tough. we stunted alot and im a base so my wrists hurt really bad. is there any way i can protect them? or do i just need to get used to it? also what can i do for my sore arms?
for soreness you could try taking tylenol or something. also, icyhot is good for topical pain. i have played piano for a really long time, so my wrists start to kill me from time to time and i have this wrist brace thing. you can get them at the drugstore or grocery store. they are surprisingly comfortable and effective. you might even be able to get one that you can wear during practice, but that's your decision.
is being able to sing well something that you have to be born with, or is it something you can be taught?

i think that it's both. i know a lot of people who are just naturally good singers, and a few others that i know have been terrible singers in the past and now take voice lessons and do musicals and stuff. you can be taught, i think. when oprah winfrey got a new theme song for her show or whatever, she had started taking voice lessons for a few months so that she could actually sing it! is that not cool? but yeah, if you really want to sing and are willing to give a lot of effort, you can go to a vocal coach and they will help you a lot.
well, i just downloaded limewire, and i'm worried i'm going to get arrested! everyone i know uses it, and no one has ever got in trouble. my question is, how would they find out im using it to get me in trouble? would they arrest me? give me a fine? how much? andd, what are the chances of them finding out?
the chances of you getting in trouble in the least bit are very slim. chillax and enjoy some free music, haha. there are way too many people on limewire for the fuzz to really crack down on anybody. all of my friends use limewire, and i have honestly never heard of somebody who doesn't absolutely abuse it (downloading like a million songs a day) getting in trouble for it. the chances of anything at all happening to you are basically nonexistent. but make sure that you look through the options menu (don't know where it is because i use itunes) and make sure that you make it so that your music in your music folder can't be shared with other people. it should just be a check box or something that says "share music in music folder with p2p network?" and make sure that it's unchecked. that's just a safety thing though. but yeah, happy downloading :)
