hollywood/oscars sweet 16 party help
so im having a sweet 16.
the theme is hollywood.
im planning on having it at a club.
the clubs im thinking of are in Pontiac Michigan.
they are tonic, tiki bobs, sevin, clutch cargo.
the rest of it i need help with.
i have no clue what to do for decorations or as a sweet entrance or what to have at my party that will be cool.
if anyone could help it would be totally amazing!

watch mtv's super sweet sixteen show. i'm pretty sure there was one that was hollywood themed. here are my ideas... for invitations, you could give out movie tickets, or autographed pictures of yourself, or little oscar men, or little things of popcorn. the entrance should probably be a red carpet. as far as decorations go, you need to get like just classy looking stuff, like tablecloths that are nice looking or whatever. you should probably sprinkle glitter everywhere. maybe some fake palm trees? i'm running out of ideas, haha. i hope your party is fun!

For the invitations, you could have ADMIT ONE tickets. Or, you could have it in the shape of a clapboard. A Hollywood Star invitation maybe?
Right outside the club, you can have a Hollywood Walk Of Fame star tile with your name on it. At the front doors, you could have a Hollywood sign right above.
A red carpet is a must for a hollywood themed party. It's perfect for your enterance, then you can have lights shine on you as you walk in.
As for decor, maybe you could have posters of celebrities on the walls. Get some ballons saying Hollywood on them, a clapboard, and a film reel balloon. Also, table confetti with like cameras, rolls of film, that sort of thing. You can have swirling stars coming from the ceiling, and lanterned garlands. Red, black, and gold are the best colors to have.
For lights, you can have a Hollywood movie camera lamp, or a hollywood studio lamp. There's also star sparkle lights, which you can buy from one of the links below.

Basicly what the person below me said. (Red carpet, gold&black, hollywood stars for the invitations, and partying like a rockstar) Also, for you grand entrance you could have it roped off somehow (red velvet?) and have all your friends behind like they're the paparazzi and have an announcer. You could arrive in a limo. Also, maybe have a VIP for your closest friends-like a section or something. Have colorful 'mock'tails and maybe appetizers.

ok if this was me,I would most definately Have a red carpet at the entrance with lots of light on it. Gold black and white would be my colors. I would have star shaped invitations. My entranc would be lets see. I would have an announcer be like and the lady of the night has arrived!! And I would have a spotlight search for me only to pop from somewhere and have them play my favorite song as I came in. Lol. Wow. then I would party like a rockstar.
