I need help..fast. My dad told me last night that he hates me and he doesnt care if he ever sees me again..but then now my parents wont let me go anywhere! i went through the same thing and happen to be getting over that.. whats happening is your going through a hard time in life.. you may not know exactly what is bothering you but something is... letting a close friend know whats going on might help alot... its good to get your mind off of things so try to get out and have a good time.... and letting a friend know is good.. they can always try to help... keep trying.. it will end soon.. *and cuttings not the way to go, pain fades.. but scars stay in life forever*

ok, next year i will be in 7th grade and i am gonna do athletics. im kinda short for my age and dont have much muscle or anything. im not overweight, but im not exactly "strong and athletic". im afraid that next year i will make the bad teams and be one of the worst atheletes there. im not a ver good runner and im afraid were gonna have to do alot of that! i just dont wanna look stupid in front of all my other friends who are tall and long-legged and will be able to run a mile in 5 minutes, wen im bak there truggin along. does any1 no an easy way 2 get in shape without havin 2 like do hours and hours of strenuous excersise?? plz answer! :)

exersice doesnt always have to be dreadful and strenuous.. you can do something you like.. ride a bike.. jump on a tramp take a walk.. and if you work a lil each day your muscles will be stronger and you wont feel so left behind anymore
