My best guy friend who I've known for three years is suddenly not talking to me.
he won't look at me or even talk to me. In the hallways when we walk near each other he'll look the other way and pretend like I was never there. It never use to be like this he's not those type of boys either he's really respectfull and diffrent I'd had to really screw him over for him to be doing this but that's just it ! I haven't done anything to upset him the last time we talked was on tuesday he said hi to me like we always do and then wednesday he started avoiding me and its been like this ever since I'm really confused I don't want to loose a good friend .

this probably doesn't help - but you need to talk to him.
ou don't have to confront the subject right away. just say hi like you normally do and ask if you want to hang out on *insert dasy here* and do *insert activty*.
he might just be having an off week. it might have something to do with school. like, his grade's could be stressing him out. or anything, for that matter.
or he could just be shy because he likes you. but thats jumping to conclusions.

pretty much, what i'm saying. is you're not gonna find anything out unless you do something about it.

one of my best friends has a girlfriend that i think is fake. He wont answer any questions about her like if i say "How did you guys meet?" hell say "Bee quiet!" or if i say "I think i know her whats her last name?" hell say "NOne of your business shes form out of town". and you get the picture, i dont understand were really good friends. Also he hsant told any of his other friends about this. except me, so i dont know if hes lying or not. Because every time i bring her up, he either snaps at me, doesn't answer me, or changes the subject. Im really confused here. I know him, if he really had a girlfriend, everyone whould know about it!!

ughh okay i absolutly hate my friend
okay so me and her have been friends for about 3 years..and not only friends BEST FRIENDS...we tell each other everything...we can be on the phone do absolutly nothing and stil have fun...but lately she's been acting very gay/stupid/retarded..like i'll tell her something and she'll just nod her head...it's soooo annoying...UGHHHH so annoying i can't stand it!!
like and i've tried talking to her but that's all she'll do
and so i stoped talking to her b/c i got tired of it
and then one day she texted me and was like are you mad at me?..wat did i do??
but i did'nt text back..and it's not like i can avoid her b/c i have 3 periods with her...and i used to walk with her between them
it's been about 1 month that we have'nt been talking
and it's really awkward b/c we have the same friends
and i have 3 periods with her
and she's my only friend in that class
i don't know wat to do
b/c i'm sick and tired of dealing with her crap!!
and if you can give me any other advice besides making up with her that would help
b/c i doubt i will ever make up with her

i think you should still be friends with her.
maybe not BEST friends right off the bat.
but at least tell her why you've been mad at her.

it seems kind of stupid to end a bestfriendship or friendship over something that could've just been a bad day/week.

what is the best way to lose 10 pounds fast in like one or two weeks?

well, i can't give you an EXACT meal plan. but i can give you tips.

- eat only healthy foods
- cut back on sodium
- drink 8 glasses of water a day
- workout at least 3-4x per week
- keep a book of what you eat.
- go to am-i-fat.org to find out what your BMI number should be.
- take a multivitamin
- eat at least 1400 calories per day
- NO soda
- NO junkfood in general
- do crunches while watching tv.
etc etc.

Did Zac Efron lip synce in the first High School Musical? Some people have said that he did but Im not sure. I know everyone lip syncs in the movie because of the dancing and all, but they had previously recorded the songs. I have heard the Andrew Seeley sings Zac's songs. Does anyone know what really happened? Id really like to see some websites about it too if it helps. Thanks!

what is better...a zune or an ipod video.
its my birthday soon and i want a zune, the new one because i have alot of music and videos to put on it. but i have heard bad things about it and its battery. but the ipod video is more expensive right? what do you think is better to get basically?

i think it really depends on your general interest.

i've heard that zune's are more complicated. but the music space quality is excellent.

ipods are easier and less confusing to have.

personally, i like ipods better. but thats only because i'm more familiar with it.

try asking someone you know with a zune, or a person at the store you go too. they should have something to say about it.

i have a HUGE problem with binging on food. i eat tons and tons at a time until i feel sick. how do i stop myself from doing this? i am trying to lose 10 pounds and could easily do it but this binging gets in the way..

well, like the person below me, try eating about 5 meals a day. but make them small, and filling.
for example: eggs, toast, fruit, carrots, salads, etc.

also, try this:
delay then decided. i got this from a book called "the diet for teenagers only". but basically;
lets just say that you're pulling up to macdonalds. you can smell that burger and you reallly want it, right? well, before you pull up. drive away. your stomach is most likely not really hungry. it just really wants that burger. driving away will make you forget about it. but if you still want it 10 minutes later, go for it.
its the same case for any other situation you might have.
but if you're not in a car, then try these:
- take a bath
- paint your fingernails
- drink a glass of water
- read a book or magazine.

My best friend of 5 years is Tom. Tom has always been there for me, and he's a really great guy. I (being a girl) have developed some feelings for him. Tom liked me a year ago, but I sort of just ignored that; we were still close friends. This year things are different, and I feel like I want to be with him.

He likes this girl Amber who he met a couple months ago, but we are still close friends. I'm jealous,quite frankly. Tom asked Amber on a few dates, but she turned him down. They hooked up (just kissing) and presumabely she likes him? Yet they are not going out.

I want to tell Tom that I have feelings for him, but I don't want to tread on anyone's feet. Amber is not the nicest of girls, but either way, I'm not sure if it's the best idea to suddenly drop a bomb like that on him.

I almost feel like he's just with Amber because it's just someone to like, you know? Maybe if I told him how I feel, he'll realize he likes me too...

I have no clue what to do. :/

i saw a video in health once about diets and such.
the doctors told a dancer in the movie to cut back on fat. watch what you eat. and only eat 30grams of fat per day. no more.
