help losing weight what is the best way to lose 10 pounds fast in like one or two weeks?

well for starters you could start eating healther like cut back on bread and you should drink 8-12 glasses of water a day its healthy and you will be full on water and you wont want food but you could start off with 10-12 glasses of water untill you lose your first 3 pounds and then go to 8-10 because its healthy to eat just eat the right things and then you can excersize you can run or bike or dance if you dance for just 15 minutes youll burn 200 calories good luck i hope you reach your goal ]
well, i can't give you an EXACT meal plan. but i can give you tips.
- eat only healthy foods
- cut back on sodium
- drink 8 glasses of water a day
- workout at least 3-4x per week
- keep a book of what you eat.
- go to am-i-fat.org to find out what your BMI number should be.
- take a multivitamin
- eat at least 1400 calories per day
- NO soda
- NO junkfood in general
- do crunches while watching tv.
etc etc.
