Hello. I don't really know how this works, but I am taking a crack at it. Lately, I have been reading many sites that teenage girls like me have been making about anorexia. Most often then not they are praising it, but I have found few who tell me to look away. I am about to be 15 years old in a month. Soon, I am going back to school. I weigh 204lbs. Everyone tells me I don't look overweight, but its not just the way I look. I feel heavy. I feel sick and digusted, but I when I read these websites I get inspired to lose weight. Though, never to such an extreme as to starving myself. Are there any diets or tips out there that can help me? I'm feeling really inadequate.
thats good that you wouldnt think about starving yourself. its really unhealthy. its also unhealthy to convince yourself that your fat, so dont do that either. first off, i would start by being happy with yourself. you can always improve your image but your attitude has to come first. these are two sites i've used before..i have more if you need them.

aw that happened to me before.. the night before, i would spend the whole day with him if you can.. if theres anything specific he likes to do, a kind of sport or something..you could do that during the day..depending on where you live, you could eat lunch in a park somewhere.. it sounds cheesy to say a picnic but if hes sensitive, he'll like it. then im sure you can find something else around where you live to do..i dont have any suggestions because i duno where you live.. buut then i would say go out to dinner and have a cute night.. maybe go back to his house or your house and watch movies for the rest of the night.. anything you think of that involves just you two should be good. i like the note in his wallet idea too. also, if your staying at a hotel, it might hav an internet connection for people to use. you could email him whenever you got the chance. hope i helped and have fun =)

AHHH I start high school tomorrow and I haven't been to public school since fourth grade. i'm really nervous :-/. 1stly, because i don't know ANYONE, and i'm afraid i'm not gonna make any friends. 2ndly, i'm gonna be terrible with finding classes, and with all the different teachers! so... the first day will suck.. try to stay after and walk around the school to remember where your classes are and the easiest ways to get there. its usually easier when people arent walking in the halls. making friends can also be hard.. just talk to the people in your classes. ask them if theyre in your lunch, if they are, sit with them. you'll meet the people they sit with and eventually start talking to them. i had to start at a public high school in 9th grade..all my life i went to catholic school before that. so i know how you feel. it got alot easier though. if you need anything else dont be shy. hope i helped & good luck

I'm not anorexic i just have a problem gaining weight. I'm 13/f and appx. 93 lbs. i have an extremely high metabolism and can actually loose weight in my sleep.i eat like a pig and i eat constantly. my doctor told me to eat five meals a day but it doesn't work. i've gone to a different doctor and he says i'm normal. i want to gain weight because i get picked on just as much as a heavy kid would and i don't want my bones sticing out. Does anybody with a heigh metabolism know how to gain a quick 10lbs.?
i would just say eat alottt of fattening food but, do it the healthy way..go to a dietrician, they could probably help you more then anyone on here

ok so here is the deal. so my friend pala well she has been ignorin me lateley. see since it is summer and all for us. she and i agreed that we would write to eachother through e-mail. but i have written her more then she has written me she has sent me fwds and that is it i mean i will write tellin how my summer is goin how i can't wait to see her cause she is a really close friend to me. or so i think. see we have this joke marco polo if we loose eachother we either yell polo when i want to find her or marco when she wants to fine me. silly i know but still it was our thing. now since i have written to her she just well she hasn't written i mean i understand she might be havin tuns of fun but u would think that after like 15 hundred e-mails sent i would at least get somthin sayin that she is havin a blast i mean somthing as little as that shows me that she still knows i exist on this planet. i dunno it may jus tbe me. but i have sent her e-mails askin her to respond when she can then i said please write back and i still havn^t gotten an answer. and i dunno do u think that she has forgotten our friendship. i mean things like this don^t just happen like it does or do they??. i dunno i am just worried that i may have lost one of the very few friends i have. i pray about her almost everynight and i pray for what friends i have also askin god to protect them and what not. and i know he is but still i dunno what to do.

thats what i did.. i had to meet all new people, it sucked.. but no, public school isnt that bad. i dont know where you live or what school it is so i cant really tell you how YOUR school is..but dont worry - you'll be fine! make friends with people in your classes and stay away from people you get a bad feeling about.

Iam always nervous and deppressed no one around me like family,friends,stuff like that can tell. I have no brothers or sisters to help me,I'm scared of life to and of the devil I think I want a Theropist but I'm scared if I tell my parents i'll get in trouble and they wont belive me. depending on where you live might determine if these stores are in your area.. forever 21, mandee, khols, department stores all sell cute clothes for not alot of money. for your make up, i have an obsession with eyeliner..i love it. you should try that or mascara or eye shadows that coordinate with your clothes.. then theres lip gloss, guys like it wen it tastes good, lol.. um your hair, if its above your shoulders i would say straighten it or wear it some pulled back and the rest down straight or curly. if you have any other questions let me know. hope i helped

Ok I have a really small plain room and it gets veeeery messy. the amount of space when its CLEAN to walk in is even smaller than a walk-in closet! And I can't move out any of the furniture because they're all nailed into the wall! What can I do to make it less messy and make it look nicer? It's so, well, PLAIN and I'm not even allowed to paint it. i would use alot of storage kind of things.. my bed has drawers underneath it, so if i have junk layin around i just throw it in there. if you have alot of magazines and stuff you could get a little table with a rack kinda thing under it and put a lava lamp on it..and on the rack you could put your magazines or books..if you need anymore help send me a message, my room was so messy before and i did alot to improve it..hope i helped hun
