Question Posted Wednesday August 10 2005, 2:07 am

I have a social to go to soon, and I was wondering if someone can give me a couple websites or stores with really nice dresses. I don't mean prom dresses, but like a nice strapless black dress. Thanks

Marshall Fields, Nemain Marcus, Little Boutiques in your area (sorry I don't know where you live!), um..Carsons- I couldn't find any dresses one year in a bunch of stores so my mom said tha Carson's had dresses so we looked in there and I got a really cute strapless black dress from RAMPAGE on sale for like $8!! Good luck!!

Well,... you could goto elderbeerman.... I dont know if they have that near you but they are cheaper then alot of stores. They have all types of dresses. Also, JCPenny might have some, i've seen a few there... otherwise just search on the web for " black dresses, or Strapless dresses " it should come up with something.

hope i helped

Considering that a social is not as big as a prom you should probably just get somthing simple. Try going to Macy's,Jc penny,Filenes,Deb,or Weathervane. Hope this helps, and have fun!

If budget is low (or even if it is not and you have plenty to spend) eBay is a great site. ebay.com for the US and ebay.co.uk for England (or google for your own country.)
