im kind of going out with a guy now, but how do i kno when the time is right to kiss him first? Does anybody have any good ideas of when and where is the best time? lol Thanks alot!!

Well, it's kinda like sex. There is no "right time" that's the same for everybody. You just have to do it when you're comofortable, and feel that it's the right time. After you've gone out a little while you'll just know and feel when it's the right time. Good luck!

Sorry it's long, but it's VERY important to me.
Okay, me and a bunch of friends were at this party, and there was alcohal (i'm a freshman in high school, 13 years old.) Well anyways, my boyfriend can drive, but he decided to leave his car there(it was a friends house.) and so we decided to split the cost for a taxi ride, about 10 of us squeezed into a taxi, well my REALLY good friend, didn't seem drunk, but we offered countless times for her to ride with us, she kept saying NO, so we gave her the walk test, and she did in a strait line. So since we couldn't talk her into it, she drove home, and ended up driving off a mountain, and she died. Well I felt so bad, and guilty, and I still do. So now I'm trying to stop drinking, after what happened, I decided I better stop. Well I was wondering, I want to get over the guilt, and stop drinking. One of my teachers knows that I drink, and I was talking, with an attitude saying it's not like you can die... and the next day my friend passes away. She is the only adult that I know, but I'd feel really akward talking about it to her, and I wouldn't know how to bring it up, neither of my parents know, and I don't want to upset them, I mean I'd get my butt whooped. So does anybody have any Ideas what I can do? None of her friends besides me want to talk about it, my boyfriend will change the subject each time we bring it up. She was sort of a loner, and she didn't go to my school, niether did my bf, and I met her through him.
So if anybody has any ideas, I'm open to everything EXCEPT telling my parents, or naybers!

Wow, I'm very very sorry about this. It just prooves how aweful drinking is for your brain and what it can do to you. It's not, however, your fault. You offered her a ride, and cared enough to check and make SURE she wasn't drunk. If she walked in a straight line, I doubt she was drunk enough to worry about driving off a mountain. She probably swerved to miss the truck and that's what happened. But it's in no way your fault.

Anyway, I suggest talking to your teacher, or a school guidence counselor. You could even go to another school, where no body knows you or would tell anybody about it. Good luck.

okay im a girl and i havent gotten my period since like the middle of august, and theres no way im pregnant ive never done anything with a guy cept making out and that cant make you pregnant, so i have no idea why im not getting my period. i got my first one like around xmas 2002 so culd it just be irregular? what culd make it stop? is there sumthing wrong with me? anyone help me please! im kind of scared!

Don't worry. Nothing wrong with you. Especially if you haven't had sex. YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT, so don't worry. Here's some things that can set your period back.

- Stress
- Going from not excersizing, to excersizing a TON
- Going from not doing active sports to doing them a lot

But it could just be that you are irregular. Call your doctor/gyno and tell them what's going on. They may check you, but just to see if medicine to regulate your period would be right. I'm sure nothing is wrong. :)

I have a friend that i have been friends with for like two or three years. we go to camp together every year, and we always end up getting in a fight. this year i wouldn't let her use my phone card. i had 200 minutes, and she had 70 and she wanted to use mine, i didn't let her cause my dad paid and he said not to let anyone else use it, and she had minutes of her own. that kinda stuff we always fight about. and she invites her other friends over ALL THE TIME but she never invites me over. i feel like we're growing apart. what do I do!?

If I were you, I'd tell your friend that it's bothering you. Just be like "I know sometimes we fight but I care about you a lot. I don't like fighting with you and I feel like we're growing apart, and I don't want that to happen". Just talk with her. Then maybe have her spend the night at your house and stay up and chit chat.

what are some good colors for my room? i'm 14 and i'm getting ready to pain my room. it's pretty big, and i love bright colors. thanks!

Well, my room is orange. I love it. Orange is an awesome room color for young people. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a "Crazy Daisy" design border, rug, and sheet set. The main color is that in orange. So I painted all my walls orange. You could do orange and pink, like one wall pink, one orange, like that. Or pink and orange stripes. Pink and orange look REALLY good together. You could also do a mosaic type of thing. My youth leader did that to our Sunday School room. It's just little boxes that are different colors. It looks awesome. Good luck!

I am looking to buy some fun socks, with simple patterns and stipes, mostly black and grey. So far I have found that 1 pair cost 3-7 dollars, even at Target. Does anyone know where I can find really cheap socks?

Kohl's has AWESOME socks. They are like 5 bucks a pair, but they have tons and tons of awesome designs. So does Wal-Mart. check both places. :)

i am having an italian night and i'm having my friends ova!! what should i do for italian night?? how should i decorate and what kind of games can we play there is gonna be 4 girls and one guy!! suggestions??

You should cover the tables and stuff in red and white checkered table cloths. If you can get ahold of an Italian flag type of thing, or even a banner, hang that up somewhere. I'm not sure about games though, sorry. If you're having food, defineatly have spaghetti, and canolies if you can find any. That's like a pasty with whipped cream in it. You can probably buy them frozen somewhere.

Hey all, just looking for some different opinions on my hair. I'm getting it cut, dyed and tipped (im a guy by the way). Im going to have it so its medium length, and im going to get it dyed black, but im not sure what colour i should get the tips. I was thinking of like a copper colour, but i need help. Any advice would be great, even advice on styles or cutting lengths n styles lol. help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Yeah, coloring tips isn't really the thing to do right now, right now it's shaggy styles. But if you're going to do it, dye it black and get light blonde tips.

Ok I know this may sound wierd and all but the other day I was searching around in my parents room and i found strange things like handcuffs, whips, and wierd looking masks. I remember watching something on television about this sort of thing but im not sure if its really happening with my parents. Can somebody tell me what i should look out for.

I found a drawer full of thongs, nighteys and lube in my mom's dresser. It bugged me for a bit but I got over it. It's just a natural thing, she knew I saw and she's like "Married people have sex." and I didn't really care. Don't snoop, and don't treat them different. Forget about it.

i really want to become a vegetarian, but i dont know the right way to do it. i dont wanna be a vegan because i love milk and cheese wayy too much. but is just not eating meats the right way to do it so i'll still be healthy? i'll still eat eggs and stuff, but if i just dont eat meats will i be okay? any vegetarians here would be greatly apprecied!

If you cut out meat, you need to find a way to completely fill in your protein intake. Look for high protein foods, because meat is how you get protein and you need it.

They have AWESOME punk jewelry at hot topic, I got screw ear rings from there. If she likes it, and you have one at your mall, get her a gift certificate. It's a pretty big store, so she can pick out any thing she wants. I got my friend some fire shoe laces from there, too, and an MXPX patch. Just some ideas.

I love my boyfriend so so so much but he's kinda insensitive and he's always busy or wont give me a reason why he doesn't want to meet up or anything. He talks more to my friend (who's in all his classes) and his ex girlfriend (she doesn't live near but he texts her all the time.) I don't want to break up with him even though I know he doesn't love me but I can't keep on crying over him every night..what should I do?

Just tell him that he's caused you too many tears and it's over. If you know he doesn't love you, why date him?

Okay well i have this frined and all she does is give me an attudie..-she aint really ma frined no more - becasuse on what she does to me so as i was sayin ..wen i tell her i like sumone shes like i like him too an trys to go out with him but that bot dont like her...but its weird becasue all she does is bytch and complain to me and when im doin sumthin cool she wants to chyll with me becasue she wants to have fun so she asks the teacher if she can come with me ...so it pisses me off alot ...HELP ME WITH HER PLZ

It sounds like she just wants to be with you. Though my friend does the same thing, and likes all the same people I do. It's probably just because she likes you and wants to hang out with you, and she's jealous of all the cool stuff you get to do. Tell her that it bothers you and to hang back a bit.

how do you know you have split ends? do the individual pieces of hair split at the end? or what?

Yep, the ends just split apart into two pieces, and it's nothing BAD, it's just kinda damaging for your hair. They make shampoos for it, and also if you get a hair trim, bout half an inch or an inch, it goes away.

After I take a shower my hair is alwyas knotty. After I comb all the knots out it gets knotty again. Then my hair get really frizzy when it dries. Do you have any ideas on how to get the knots out and how to get my hair frizz-less.

Get an anti-knot spray. I think Johnson and Johnson makes "no more knots" but I am not sure. You spray it on and them comb your hair and the knots go away. For frizz, get a leave-in-conditioner. Herbal Essences works great.

Well today is me and my girl one month anniversary. She lives in Oregon and I live in Texas, I will tell you that I do care for this girl and I can only see her as being with me in the future, like as my future wife and everything

but there someone else I like right now and shes here ..and more near. Ive went on a date with this girl before I got together with my baby. But this girl kinda toyed with my emotion , making me think she didnt like me. Well now we are closer and she really likes me and tells me that only i can make her happy and that I was the only one who ever made her feeling 'so many emotions' at once in her lifetime thats why she denied when I asked her out cause she was scared.

So I dont know what to do. Should I let my baby girl go? because I dont want to hurt her if anything happens between me and this girl but then I dont want to because Im afraid ill make the biggest mistake of my life.

If you seriously consider this girl as your future wife, and you honestly care about her with everything, you won't look at other woman. I know people say it's natural for guys to look at other girls, and vise versa, but seriously, if you REALLY love someone, you won't want to be with anything else. Think about it. Do you want to let your "baby" go because some other chick is hot, I mean, that sounds like you don't even care.

my girlfriend has posters on her wall of a bunch of celebrities that she thinks are "hot". She claims to me all the time that she doesnt check them out or think about them in any way but i think she is lying to me. I dont know what to do now. Is she lying to me about checking other guys out or what. She claims they are stupid little pictures, well if they are so stupid why are they up?

It's not like she has a chance at meeting them. You can't tell me you've never thought about some model or actress or whatever. It's no big deal.

So do I. The school downtown does make-up, skin, nails and hair. Just type in "cosmetology school" Yeah, that's not spelled right, and your city at google.com. They'll show all the schools in your area. Also, ask the local hair stylists if they know any around your area. Good luck!
