hey guys so i got a virus on my comp :( and im really scared cause of all my music and pics. are they going to be deleted if i send my comp to a comp engineer? last time that when i sent my comp to fix everything got deleted. i wanted to email them to my account but its not letting me go online cause of the virus. what can i do to save my pics and music? i dont have a flashdrive and i heard theyre expensive so any other ideas? thankyou so much.
If you can't go online to store things in an online database, and can't afford a flashdrive...well, you're out of luck, really. You can buy a cheap 2GB flashdrive for $10, which will likely be enough to save all the pics, but not too much of the music. You'd have to pick and choose what all you want to save, and what you'll have to recover later. Alternatively, find a friend with a flashdrive or external HD who will let you borrow it long enough to restore your computer.

The website looks poorly made and just has a lot of flashy text and red circles. None of this seems to have any evidence behind it, and her "blog" at www.haleymilano.com is even more fishy. I don't have to do any research; I can just look at it and tell it's a waste of time. This is the same crap that lands in your junk e-mail folder every day. My 87-year-old mother is obsessed with my brother (we are all adopted) and has been ever since my birth. I am one of three children (the only girl) who was sexually abused by my adoptive father and sexually exploited by these two brothers. My mother has known this for years, but continues to cottle this 57-year-old brother (who lives with her still, doesn't work, mooches off her, steals from her, lies to her). Her home has been foreclosed, her car lost because of him and her weird desire to support him. Their grocery bill is over $200 a week because he sits there (pays NO bills) lives on unemployment while she struggles to buy food for him, her medicine and her cigs. The house is a sqalor, he does NOTHING to help clean up the house. He is an alcoholic. I have done for her all her life but she throws me under the bus if I try to do anything to change her weird living situation, and trust me, it's weird. Like they were married. She won't talk to me now because I wrote a letter to her doctor asking him to do an evaluation on her cognitive level to see if she is not thinking straight. Her bizarre behavior of late has me really puzzled, even more so than usual. Should I ex-communicate myself totally from this weird situation, it is extremely stressful and I have had problems all my life thanks to the abuse from the "family."
In a word, yes.
Family is supposed to be more than simple blood relations (well, I guess adoption changes that too, but you know what I mean.) These are supposed to be people you can depend upon. It seems as if every member of this "family" has done you wrong at some point and has made no attempt to rectify the situation. You feel a duty to try and help out, but she's made it clear she wants none of your help. She's made her decision, and nothing you do will change it for her. It may sound harsh, but at her age she's not going to be around forever, and your brother is going to get a rude awakening when his money train derails. Clearly, there won't be much of an inheritance for him to claim, so at least there will be no fight over who gets what.
You're fighting a losing battle, and suffering emotionally because of it. So yes, I think you should remove yourself from the situation entirely. It doesn't seem like you'll incur any great loss from doing so. If your mother comes around and tries to make contact with you, and seems earnest about it, you can try again if you feel ready to do so. Otherwise, I would cut contact. Good luck.

okay so I have been dating this guy for the past three months and I recently found out he was cheating on me! He told the girl he made out with that he was single and that I was just his friend! I found this out cause i incidentally talked to the girl.I really got angry when I found out he had been lying to me all this while and I immediately broke up with him. when i confronted him about the whole thing he had to accept it but then for the first five hours after confrontation he was all like "i cant believe i could lie so well.." but after that he said sorry and kept on texting and calling me up! he wanted me back and told me he was very sorry and all and he actually spoke to some of his friends (who i know too) about the whole thing and how he really feels sorry about everything. he told some of our mutual friends to call me up too ..should i trust him again and go back to him or not????I am kind of attached to this guy.. before I knew this side of him, WE had an amazing time together ..thats what makes me hard to believe he could actually do something like this to me. I used to consider him my best boyfriend ever. He would do everything just perfectly :) and though ofcourse we were together barely for three months it felt a long time to me cause we used to meet atleast twice a week or even more often most of the times!!Thats why it is so hard for me.I dont know what to do.
Kick him to the curb. There's really not much more detail I can go into. You can't trust him again, and there's a good chance he'll cheat on you again. No matter how good you feel around him, it won't make up for the fact you can't trust him anymore. No successful relationship is built around wondering if the other is going to cheat at any given moment.

Since my job as a cashier doesnt pay enough , i started a small one-person cleaning business. So i get a request from some lady to clean her backyard. $240 is a pretty good price for her condo-sized Yard. So when im about to leave she invited me for coffee , and we sat and talked , but since i was wearing my orange skinnies and i kinda got hard she noticed it and she put her hand on it and said "your really big" and rubbed me harder and kissed me, I ran out .But shes really hot! why is this happening help!

When guys your age meet up together, what do they do to hang out?
I don't have a whole lot of male friends my age, but we tend to hang out at my place, have a couple drinks, and play some old school video games or watch a movie. I also like to go to the arcade and shoot some pool. I get everyone together to watch the latest UFC or WWE pay-per-views as well. Honestly, we don't typically all have the same schedules, so we kinda have to plan things ahead of time and hope for the best.

I have a bad case of bronchitis. I just had it 3 weeks ago, and I was out in NYC last weekend and it was VERY windy and extremely cold, so the bronchitis came back. The first time around, I took a 5 day/1x day antibiotic, but it gave me a UTI, so this time around my doctor gave me amoxicillin (sp?) which is 10 days, 2 pills each day. This morning, day 2, I was trying to swallow the pill, but I just couldn't, and it began dissolving in my mouth and it tasted terrible so I spit it out. And I was afraid that if I took another new one, I would be one short on day 10. So I waited until the evening to take the 2nd one, which I did. I'm scared now, because my coughing and general sickness was terrible today from not taking the first pill. My coughs were much more violent. I plan on taking every single one for the rest of the 10 day cycle, but I'm so afraid that I'm not going to get rid of this bronchitis because I missed one pill. What should I do? Will the bronchitis still go away or have I ruined it? :-(
Typically, you are given slightly more medication than you need to avoid needing a second prescription. By missing a single dose, you won't fall short. The fact that it was your third pill, on day 2, just meant the meds didn't get a real foothold at the time your symptoms got worse. You'll be fine.
I get some kind of throat problem about twice a year like clockwork, whether it be bronchitis, strep throat, or most recently walking pneumonia. I keep amoxicillin in the cabinet at all times because of it. I'm not dead yet either.

i love the rhcp, and i was going to get guitar hero, doesnt matter which 1, whichever 1 had the most songs of the chilis on a previous GH. but now i found out that activision the comp that make guitar hero did a survey and the majority ppl that polled said yes. If there is, it won't be for a while. As so many games were released at the same time last year, the market was oversaturated with rhythm style games, and suffered consequently. They've released a statement that no Guitar Hero game will be made for the year of 2011. We'll just have to wait and see.

I have a Wii, so I could get either one and be okay. I just don't know which one is better. Most everyone says the Wii version is a bit better, but the controls worry me.
Many say the Wii's controls are so awesome and you'll never go back, yet they also say the montion-sensitivity can cause issues at times, seeing as how the wrong movement can cause something completely off to happen. Say, you might want to bash someone with your shield but instead you do a spin attack.
I don't really care about graphics differences, as the only game I've ever played and completed is LoZ: Ocarina of Time.
If I got the GC version, would I need to buy a memory card or would it be stored on the Wii?
If you're a more traditional controller type player, I'd go Gamecube. I felt kind of like a moron playing on the Wii and swinging around like a madman. Granted, the controls were tighter than I expected, but still. The graphics have little difference anyway; the Wii didn't improve much on GC's graphics, especially compared to PS3 and 360 and their predecessors.
You would need a Gamecube memory card and controller to play, but you can find those quite cheaply.
