Ever since I was LiL I would masterbate. What are some good ways to get stronger so it's easier to do back-handsprings??? I can do them with a spotter but then when I try doing them by myself, I land on my head all the time. Help me please!!!

*Start lifting like 10 lb. weights. It will give you arm strength and that's what you need to lift yourself back. It helped me do my back handsprings. Just make sure you're working those arms and that you're jump is good enough*
