yah they are..they work pretty well..its just you have to be REALLY constint about them and wearing them..i prefer just usuing the crest whitening toothpaste..it works GREAT for me!:)

eh, i bought them. they work, but thrity dollars is kinda steep. like ask them for christmas or a birthday or something ya know? or maybe get the paint on kind.

they strips work really well though. if you really REALLY want white teeth, get them.
